And you think the corrupted people who rule the planet will use something like a decentralize blockchain? lol

Bitcoin will eat them...

Why not? A one world currency that is public and traceable? Isn't this what they've always wanted?

No, they need more control than that.

We still dont know who Satoshi is, it coud be very well that the Rothschilds and friends are behind it. If it's true then 100% succes guaranteed and we'll all be rich.

But i rather see those corrupt ''rulers of the world'' ----->DEAD<----- ore atleast in jail for life when you sonsidering what they have spread over mankind.

I could see the Rothschilds being behind bitcoin if they were all like, "You know, this unlimited power to control the world's currency is kinda old.  How about we give people back their freedom and let them choose what type of digital currency is best for them..."   Cheesy

Back to normal rise? last hours looks like panic from both bulls and bears.  Grin

The only people panicking are those who are using leverage or haven't bought in yet Smiley

The rest of us are enjoying the show.

I am hodling right now and I can say that I'm not even sweating much here unlike others who are hesitant to enter the market. Hodl what you think you can hodl and what you can in your heart!

Following this strategy for many happy years now  Grin

I didn't read the article, but this alleged quote was posted on another forum:

Quote
Bitcoin itself may never be more than a curiosity. However blockchains have a host of other uses because they meet the need for a trustworthy record, something vital for transactions of every sort.

The swan song of Keynesians that are realize that the Bitcoin blockchain is such a great leap forward in tech but are pissed that it is not inflationary and centrally controlled like their war currencies.

their war currencies are a weakness, someone gave me this video to watch: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iFDe5kUUyT0

alright the usd is gimped and failing bigtime.. it is also unconstitutional .. it is going to cause the economies to collapse it is just a matter of time and that time is likely much sooner than later. the "in god we trust" for the federal reserve to print and manipulate markets has proven to be inferior technology that lead them to their own demise..... and obama's record breaking taxes for 2014 and 2015 lead to people stopping paying their obamacare premiums causing several obamacare co-ops to collapse and insurance premiums to soar... total disaster... the raising of the debt ceiling brings us closer to the economic collapse....

and hating to burst bubbles here but the usa is NOT going to use bitcoin as a reserve currency... here's whats up:

Treasury To Sell SPR Oil To Pay Bills…Why Not Sell Some Gold Instead? http://investmentresearchdynamics.com/treasury-to-sell-spr-oil-to-pay-bills-why-not-sell-some-gold-instead/

the usa is selling bitcoins and oil while they start to hoard gold and silver.. the central banks are hoarding gold and silver... and not bitcoins.... however, they want everyone to think we are being innoavative when really its just something to distract everyone from the real thing going down somewhere else: gold and silver backed money (notice i did not say currency ?? there is a difference between money and a currency) .. money is a store of value while currency is not.. which is bitcoin ?? is it money ?? or is it a currency ??... i'm betting its the latter because if people lose confidence in bitcoin then it can go to zero and never rise again, while gold and silver will ALWAYS be worth something no matter what it is a true store of value.

except for the "distributed & P2P" part, enabling high degree of security.. the blockchainz the banksters are promoting are nothing compared with bitcoin, in terms of security, decentralization, and TRUST.

and if the sheeple already dont care/get the advantages of bitcoin.. they are likely not going to like what papas rotshild & rockfeller has for them, once they start suppressing cash and enables bails in.

Bitcoin requires no ID and KYC documents to sign up for an account, and that's why I like it. A bank crypto coin account would probably require exactly the same documents you need to sign up for a regular bank account, and take as long. You can instantly create a new Bitcoin address and immediately use it, that will be what propels Bitcoin into the mainstream.

Thanks for the links.  I don't like The Economist at all (I see it as the Hustler of bankers), but I may make an exception this time, for the sake of Science.

hmm sure.

But again, the only reason a shared database would be tamper proof is because miners are incentivized to protect it by competing for new tokens and transaction fees. They wont do this unless the tokens also carry a financial value.. and there go your virtuous circle: the more value your tokens carry, the stronger your mining network, and the more tamper proof your blockchain.

else its just one other centralized scam a la ripple or eth.

No magazine can be please 100% 100% of the time (except maybe Hustler), but The Economist is pretty darn close. It's been pretty fair to your socialist government too. Can't say that about most.

Lol, it is, it is! But it's the scam that pays for my gas, food, house, and dope. I don't 'invest' (lol!) in the dollar.
Bitcoin, OTOH, has no utility value for me. Other than the few lel I get from watching a handful of d00ds get rich at the expense of shitloads of suckers like u Smiley
TL;DR: Classic MLM/pyramid scheme. Your money pays for their Lambo, while you try to pawn off the magic beans they sold you on [even] greater fools.
