lol yea i remember...also remember u saying smart men ( u..me ) will dump on sunday great call m8 , ive bn riding the waves and loving almost everyone, but tommorow i turn my monitor back round as upside down pump could be ending due to another Bitfinex ride about to begin. I don't know what any of this shit means, but looking at your post history, it appears you are highly invested in Eth. Extremely fucking stupid to be altcoining DURING the fucking Bitcoin halving rise. It's about the dumbest trade you can possibly make. The fact that Eth is conceptually and technically broken, as me and Anonymint have shown, plus being overpumped in a bubble on top of that just makes it all that much worse. Don't be the idiot that loses all your money betting against the BTC halving. We already saw that happen to MatTheCat about 24 hours ago. You will see the -20% Eth flash crash along with a simultaneous BTC green candle soon. thats because i wasnt talking to you and quoted adam! i cant lose anything to ETH, bought under $1 and sold at almost top , rebought and sold many times, got investment back, got loads more BTC and alot of ETH ...i sold a gd amount of BTC at $450 today, will sell more if we goto $475 as i fully expect a huuge dump near halving just curious ..were u around when BTC halved first time...i was and btc didnt get pumped at all... in fact it dumped, and pumped 7 months ltr,lol and me thinks halving is priced in just like ltc halving was last yr... theres far too many peeps wantin to dump at $1k, and hardly anyone wanting to pay that amount. Even if 1 ETH goes to $100 its still a far better option than 0.2 btc for $100 too many peeps holding btc in the hope that others pay $100-$500 for 0.1(satoshis) but new money wants a full coin with gd future , not hundreds of dollars for satoshis.

MatTheCat does come up with some weird ass trading theories to attempt to bet against the trend, to leverage trade and seeming to even overly rely on luck and fluke whale manipulations in order to profit from the opposite trend direction... Seems like a losing strategy, and I would rather not gamble with my bitcoin investment...

Where are the trains and the rockets guys? Because we have all been here before as I mentioned in my previous post. It was same thing six months ago mid November; it couldn't get past the $500 price. Some one says my understanding of market dynamics are off but I am not excited for the appending decrease that is going to put people in the hospital very quickly.

... Firstly, this thing is in beta, it's being tried out for real since a few days. Over and over emphasizing that there's still very little going on is getting lame. Of course there isn't. ... I not only checked the context, I'm trading on Bitsquare now (two bids, two asks, one trade ongoing). It works like a charm, I'm impressed how mature the software is. No failing in sight, yet.
I must have misunderstood If you engage in 6 different trades, you make 6 different money transfers. Apparently, you've never used platforms LocalBitcoins or Paxful. Because that's what Bitsquare is competing with. It does the same, without the centralized platform where you have to keep a wallet for your BTC -- with all the risks that brings.
The procedure is quite similar as for LBC or Paxful. Only, there's no chat between buyer and seller. All the information you need for the payment method is encapsulated in the offer.
I mistakenly assumed that this thing resembled an actual exchange, the fancy kind. The sort that *gasp* provides newfangled features like consolidating the sells (not making me work out the logistics with 7 separate individuals & needing all 7 to agree that everything's a go, before I could lay my mitts on that sweet 1.3 BTC). Do you ever do risk assessments? Do you understand how miniscule the odds are for 7 shifty d00ds to be not shifty, together, at the same time? But hey, since everything went swimmingly for you thus far It mimics some aspects of an actual exchange (like displaying an order book), but it isn't. What will be interesting to see is how actual disputes are going to pan out. Because that's the Achilles heel, of course. Don't underestimate the importance of platforms like LBC for the dissamination of Bitcoin, even though the volumes dwarf compared to the botfests of the OKcoins of this world. They make Bitcoin accessable in those countries where there is no fancy excahnge, yet. While LBC as a centralized platform could be stopped in Germany, Bitsquare due to being decentralized, can't. Fancy exchanges with their KYC/AML policies have become the gatekeepers of the Bitcoin eco-system. Bitsquare allows permeation between fiat and crypto. Small amounts, sure. But permeation nevertheless.

Good morning Bitcoinland. $440 holding nicely following the predictable bounce after storming through $450. Seems to be consolidating just fine.

Hello, We are a new bitcoin cloudmining company from the Netherlands. Check out our webshop and give us some feedback. http://www.bcds.nl/don't post this here. remove your post or a mod will do it for you. This is for observing the price increase - decrease of the coin and poking fun at the whimsical and capricious type here on the forum

Adams, could we have this poll please.
Bitcoin price at September would be ?
September is a long time away my old friend, let's predict more short term, maybe end of June - 500 USD? My dear brother, I know it's a long time, but I asked for september exactly because it will be post-halving and most probably we will have fireworks

My dear brother, I know it's a long time, but I asked for september exactly because it will be post-halving and most probably we will have fireworks Sounds like a good thread topic. It's a poll not a thread topic my bullish friend I understand that, and I would like to see a poll on that too; however, since the actual event is so long into the future, it seems that it would clog up the polling system (unless there can be two polls at a time?)... I mean the basic logic that a September poll would not close until September. Adams, could we have this poll please.

Well yes I'd like to see a few fireworks in September then I'm 95% sure about this Regarding your 95% prediction... gosh.. that is a pretty decent topic too, and I enjoy those kinds of topics..... yet, I am hardly that certain about anything in life, including what I am going to eat for dinner a few hours later, even if I have made preparations. So, yep.. it is interesting both in terms of how high the price will be, and what is the likelihood that it will get to that predicted price. At least the time frame would be set, but there are two more variables. In the past, I have played around with these kinds of predictions in the past to attempt to assign my ideas of probabilities to various outcomes, and it tends to be a good exercise to also attempt to align your own investment level with your view of various possible outcomes. Accordingly, I would venture to assert my view that there is a 95% chance the price will be higher than $350, but maybe I would be too scared to assert greater than a 70% chance that the price would be higher than $450... I still consider myself bullish though...
