Yup, UK over. Just England now.  Shocked Shocked Shocked

The Kingdom of England? Really Huh

Yeah bet Irish/Scotts are not too happy about this. Time for another referendum for Scotland to leave GB and join EU?

There's been a growing feeling amongst the English that the UK (mainly England) might be better off without the Scots, especially since their referendum in 2014 which showed that 45% of Scots are not committed to the UK.

There may well be other referenda throughout Europe in the coming months which further fracture the EU. If the Scots were to have another referendum and were to vote to leave the UK, by then will there even be an EU worth joining?

Dump could take us back to $500s then quick recovery due to the fiat issues getting worse every week.

Looks like BREXIT  is almost upon us...this will be a world changing event...This could lead to the complete collapse of the EU...Scotland will break away from UK too.

The short term rally is over. When you break through the lower 1D MA and return to nearly the starting point, the rally is over. The upwards momentum you are seeing now is due to brexit, which saw the GBP drop 15% and gold rise 6% over the past few hours.

I'm afraid I can no longer trade here anymore due to the issues at Bitfinex. I could lose my whole account if the site goes down while I'm on the wrong side of a leveraged trade (especially if its ETH). Hodling on-chain is a much better proposition and guaranteed to hold some kind of value. Since I'm already at the minimum amount of coins that I'm allowed to hold in a pact that I made with myself in 2013, I have no choice but to

HODL

see you next year (if there's somewhere to trade).

total pussy, lacking all conviction, or balls ... typical.

now is the time for all in, balls to the floor, or fly home.

Well fuck I just sold all of my coins I bought between $560 - $600 and now I have nothing left to sell in trading account.  And we just had Brexit and going to the moon.  I hate preplanned trading strategies !

At least I still have all my cold wallet coins I am not touching.

buy

I have rules to keep me safe.  I won't let the bad man touch me there.

As it is I sold my last coin at $678 which is looking like a good sale for the moment.  I'll start buying back in around $620.

I think holding my coins for the past 2 years and continuing to hold them is pretty convicted. I don't know what else you're asking me to do other than scrounge up some spare fiat or do dangerous leveraged trading on a failing platform. That is folly and removes all of the technical advantages of holding bitcoin. If I really want to be a daytrader I can do it with other instruments on a regulated platform. On top of that, if you really wanted to go balls-to-the-wall, today you would have done that in GBP/USD and not BTC/USD. You could have made 1000% in single trade in a few hours with standard US leverage.

It was a foregone conclusion earlier, but the final votes have now been counted. It's 52% in favour of leaving. Bitcoin's back up to the $670s today and will probably be in the $800s soon as the implications of a brexit vote spread across the markets.

Disaster and economic collapse is coming, no-one can stop it, it's like a force of nature ... the consequences of decades of bad decisions can only be delayed for so long. Nations need self-determination, building of empires and centralisation can only socialise losses and risks for so long ... and then bam, all the chooks come home to roost.
