Lol Whats happening with the price 1) Step 1 = Hysteria Total fucking ( short lived) Hysteria With all the FUD I saw I suspect there's a reasonable quantity of bitcoins currently stuck on Core clients. They are going to slowly make their way back to exchanges. All that supply should take a while to make it's way to the market so perhaps not so short lived. We've experience bitcoin deflation for a few weeks, now we should see inflation

Knowing Kraken and this load, it could be tomorrow until we finally get to trade our BCH sadly. It'll be one fun dump when it happens though. I think we might see our buddy sub-2000 soon.

I grabbed a screen cap of this before it disappeared. Somebody must be able to log in to do that. I guess they must also be pretty certain that nobody has any BCH on Kraken yet though because that would have been an easy $1000.

To all those using Ledger Nano S: In settings you can now choose which blockchain to use.
that's good to hear. My impression was that they had been ambiguous about what they were going to do regarding the split, so I'd placed my coin into coinfloor and kraken to be sure.

I guess someone is not going to eat his dick on TV.

not much, waked early for nothing... yet NO CHAIN SPLIT DETECTED. So boring... I suggest we help shitcoiners. We must make a lot txs so that give them chance to mine a block >1mb. Only that way they can split. Only that way we can use their shitnetwork to transfer their shitcoins and sell them on the exchanges if they still have some value.

There were just 17 minutes between blocks and the block was only 213kb! Unless they start spamming the blockchain, this split isn't happening for a while. At the rate of fill of the last block, it would take nearly 80 minutes to get an oversized block.
Looking at Bitcoinfees21, there just aren't any transactions happening, I understand why too, I wouldn't risk it yet.

don't let the drinking of your hatorade cocktail prevent you from appreciating that bitcoin's built-in, last word, first of its kind governance mechanism is being deployed for the first time.
it is awesome.
