Even if you use Bitcoin through Tor, the way transactions are handled by the network makes anonymity difficult to achieve. Do not expect your transactions to be anonymous unless you really know what you're doing.

Yeah all their numbers are off from what I'm seeing. btccharts.com, mtgox live and bitcoinity are all the same, clarkmoody's order book is way off.

My bold prediction:

MtGox will come back up, everyone will look at each others... and nothing will happen.
Price won't move (significantly) in any direction.

big assumption there, that everyone learns from past mistakes.  Better copy / paste this one to the wall of bold predictions.  Bold indeed.

Not quite, for the last 3 days they have been using gox lag to drive up the price. We are officially over sold and people are scared to NOT have coins.

I suspect MtGox is behind all these, they want to send the hacker a message - you won't succeed again ever to bring down the price via ddos
