Dear Jimbo...You seem to have a lot of bad karma! You need to address that issue!!! Karma is the force of the nature of the Universe and the ways that it is manifested or expressed. I might guide you, but first you need to do your research on the web about the ways of the karma. By the way, from what I have read... you seem to have a greedy personality. And I don't intending in saying that you are actually greedy. But you seem to think like a 'single cell organism'. In a way a bit self centered. And by that what is wrong about that is that you need to attune to the vibration of your environment. LOL You haven't got a clue. You come across as an arrogant self-absorbed twit. You're so full of yourself. You dare talk about karma? Perhaps you should drop the pseudo-concerned schtick and actually think about your own karma. Take a look at yourself. Do you actually have any friends in the real world? ____ Don't worry about me. I'm surrounded by a community of friends. I look after them and they look after me. I feel like I'm part of a small town in the middle of a big city. I can't walk the street without people greeting me. I don't sweat those times (such as I described) when things don't go well because I know that somehow they'll turn out for the best in the end. In my slightly verbose reply to JJG I was attempting to instill a sense of moderation in the midst of excessive enthusiasm over the impending $10k landmark. I was stressing how lean times can come unexpectedly without doting unnecessarily on all the good times in between. I was pointing out the wisdom of conservative spending and self control. ___ Perhaps you shouldn't jump to conclusions about people you don't really know. Cheers. You shouldn't feel the need to give excuses like the one that you just did, even if you have or don't have friends or a community for dunno what reason. There is no sense in giving an explanation, especially at your age. All of that is irrelevant. Any of our existences, not really that relevant at all. It is just the information we manage to imprint onto our spirits / souls that is important and relevant. And I don't care about people or friends if I have them, I know many people, I get along with all of them. But I try to avoid all of them. Humans tend to have a low awareness level. Awareness is not something that grows in trees and people can just consume the fruits and gain those abilities. They actually need to develop those awareness skills.

Now now lads, let's keep it friendly. Just bought an android phone to sweep the BTG off of a paper wallet or two. Worked a treat. More BTC for me. According to Satoshi Labs I'm to update the firmware on my Trezor before I proceed to claim my bgolds. I don't like the sound of it. I don't feel totally secure. I'm still thinking...

Wow! I was away for one full day and came back to at least 10 pages of posts. And for good reason! We are marching ahead and this train is unstoppable. Sure, there will be dips, mostly small ones, with some bigger ones in between. I was a newbie once, and still improving on my skills, not as a trader, but as a HoDLer. Yes, HoDLers need skills too. Like the strength to resist a sell when the price is dropping almost vertically. I remember back in early January, Kraken saved me from selling a big chunk of my stash during the big dip that happened then. How? I tried many times to place a sell order, but Kraken's toasters kept giving me failures. The order never managed to go through. So, Kraken, thanks for the slowness, you are a HoDLer's exchange!
My advice: do not sell any of your BTC, unless you know exactly what you're doing, or you absolutely have to. Don't panic at the dips. Instead, buy the dips (if your fiat wallet allows it). I think Jimbo's strategy is a good one to follow if you are a HoDLer with spare fiat to invest.
From what I've read in your posts, $10k has been reached in several exchanges and has appeared in CoinMarketCap. This is a cause for celebration in $$$-Land, and congrats to all of you (and to all of us, really) for reaching this milestone. Next for Euro-Land is the 10k € milestone, which, I believe, will be reached by the end of 2017. And if institutional investors join in during 2018, the rise will be stratospheric. I'm nowhere near the amounts of BTC many of you have (don't advertise it too much BTW), but I trust that the Honey Badger will be good to those with even two- or one-digit BTC stashes. The less the digits the longer the delay (by about 1-2 years per digit), but we may all get there in the end.
Go BTC go (and 10k € soon)! Let the memes flood WO!

I think somehow my private keys will leak through the usb cable. Hodl me For that to happen two things would be needed: - A backdoor in Trezor code to send the private key. The Trezor code is open source and public. Not that I have reviewed it nor that it is completely impossible to obfuscate such backdoor in a way that it would be hard to detect it with a casual review. - A colluding backdoor on the software on the PC end to receive/access that private key and send it to a remote party. On second thought.... the firmware updater software is also made by Trezor so the "colluding" is not completely impossible. Ok, just update firmware using a safe isolated from the net PC. That said... I do not accept any responsibility over any loss

Finally. Another ATH at Stamp.
That wall on stamp's gone down from 1200 bitcoins to 800 bitcoins today. It can't hold up much longer. Isn't wall observation fun? Earlier today GDAX was around $9890. I was watching the walls and saw someone drop a buy order for 250BTC at $9889. It was there for about 4 seconds then they pulled it quick. It was there just long enough for me to blurt out "This is it!".

On another issue: for all those with Apple computers with High Sierra OS version, there is a horror story developing today: You can access it via System Preferences>Users & Groups>Click the lock to make changes. Then use "root" with no password. And try it for several times. Result is unbelievable!
https://twitter.com/lemiorhan/status/935581020774117381Good luck to all those poor souls who will expose their data to anyone on their network because of idiots in Apple.
