I like core, but damn, something needs to be done about those fees.

Problem ?
Where ?
It's a feature.

it's called : AntiSPAM.

It's not the price of the fees that bothers me per se. It's that it is being used PR wise to show bitcoin in a negative light compared to the shitcoins. It may be considered a feature by some (maybe even by the core team), but if it is, a bloody shit job is being done to show this feature as a positive to the many newbies, and as a positive vs the shitcoins. Which, are not as shit as they used to be considering the drop in BTC dominance.

Every time Coinbase has a chance to retain or regain my respect, they lose even more.

Pretty soon they'll just be a Cryptsy 2.0 shitcoin peddler. Brian Armstrong obviously could give two shits about the Bitcoin movement as a whole.

So, what was announced for January 2018 is happening now? Crazy coincidences ... .

I've left gmail as my general email provider (kitten pics, boring shit, and log ins for unimportant shit) for too long, and I'm not convinced my 'more secure (obscure?)' providers are any better.  The last straw - I just reset my passwords via webmail, and ALL of my android devices automatically updated and logged in with the new passwords.

Are you using 2FA with gmail? When you reset your password, first have gmail log out of all other sessions.

The only thing scheduled for Jan was the release of the coins. That hasn't happened as far as I can tell.

They said nothing about going full retail until they just did.

You can see the order book building in BCH on GDAX.  So little coins and yet can start fiat trading on them right away?  Hmm.. and this combined with an interview "news" from a BCH proponent on mainstream media..  I guess someone frontrun this in price in the past few days.  So the new challenge for BTC in 2018 is not only CB fud, but also a corporate version of crypto based on either BTC or ETH or Iota or what not?

Ha, yes ok, a teaser before the release. Well Gentlemen, I think we are not just going for a rough ride now, but for a terribly rough ride... .

Bitcoin Cash is now on CoinBase. This can turn bad for bitcoin for some time, but one thing we all should always remember.

ORIGINAL REMAINS ORIGINAL!

It can't beat bitcoin.

Strange, I can buy but I cannot sell BCash from the Coinbase interface yet. There is no trade history on GDAX yet but the books are starting to fill.

I only kept a small transactional amount on Coinbase. All my cold wallet BCash is long gone.
