To those who haven't know, it's confirmed third party payment services are forbidden to provide services to BTC/LTC exchanges in China. Whether bank service is allowed or not remains uncertain.
For those who still have fund and coins in China exchanges, please be alert the risk of sudden close of some of them.
Finally, the chance to buy cheap BTC becomes very high now.

tempted to sell one or two if Cavirtex make the 800 mark if they go and break my 825 high for the day I think all bets are off though. I also would like to re iterate the money on the sidelines waiting to jump at the right moment.

not necessarily, it went up on very low volume. 1000 btc dump at china or gox and we're on bottom again.

You realize what this means right, the China market is pretty much dead in the water. Central bank won't allow for financial institutions to do business with bitcoin exchanges... Which only leaves the otc bitcoin market. There's no reason for anyone in China to hold bitcoins anymore. Everyone will sell and withdraw.
Right... because Chinese do no international trade.... lol Exactly genius, so American will buy stuff from China, pay in bitcoin and the manufactures in China will pay the labor and materials with a currency that's worthless inside the country. Win for USD as world reserve currency. Think man, THINK. You don't really understand bitcoin, do you. For international settlements, it is unbeatable. They don't have to spend it domestically at retail. USA is a consumer economy so it would matter in USA. China isn't. Get your head in the game man.

trap?
Possibly, only time will tell. But we're seeing good support bids being placed, and if China wakes up and sees it rising from an overnight low, they may panic buy and jump on as well. But at the same time they may wake up to news about the third parties and panic sell. Too much uncertainty to know for sure what we're in right now.
