You trust that guy? RT is Russian state sponsored TV. Everything on that channel is pure Russian propaganda. It's Putins words watered down for a global audience. Why would they want to destroy the dollar? ohh wait 1 second.. I like max keiser because he's just fun to watch. he put a cool spin on the stories I'm sure his words have an effect, but Russia Today is as politically bias towards a Russian agenda as al jazeera is to the Muslim world. Just look at the scrolling news at the bottom. "UKRAINE: riot police are dismantling the protestors barricades in Kiev." What kind of news is that other than a Russian agenda? Why don't they say the "Protests continue in Kiev dispite efforts by the police" which is the truth. Evey single thing on RT is designed to damage America and the EU as much as possible. The whole channel is just Russian FUD! Never trust anyone on that channel ever.

Well I just consulted my trading team and asked them if I should by more bitcoins or wait for a lower price? They have analyzed the information available and said "Buy more bitcoins daddy". When all else fails you listen to the 5 and two year olds. They know what's up!
Last Bull Run my 6 year old asked in earnest are the bulls or the bears winning today Dady That's awesome!

The immediate trend is strongly UP. On daily basis we are way oversold. I expect an advance to 666 area in the following hours/days. After that, the downtrend resumes and visiting the long-term trendline at about 450 is a strong possibility.
EDIT: Bitstamp
You are usually right. I would love for you to be wrong on this one though. Just tell me when we are going to $10,000 Rpietila! $300k! As a temporary measure I will quote all values in objects of desire. For example, we can ask "when do you think 1BTC will equal one Goat Lambo?" or "when do you think 1BTC will equal an acre of prime Tokyo Real Estate."

A damping ringing oscillator with decreasing amplitudes and decreasing frequencies you say? That is fucking cool, sorry for the language but it is appropriate.

It is wire.wire within China is cheap and instant This is starting to get posted everywhere:
The front page of huobi.com says "银行汇款充值24小时到账,支持招商、建设银行。"
Apparently it translates to: "You can use the remittance to deposit fiat into our platform. The fund will be available in 24 hours. We support China Merchants Bank and China Construction Bank".
I know huobi is a Chinese exchange. I know they're saying they are now accepting fiat via "remittance". What is remittance though? And they say they support two different banks. Is remittance like a cashier's check form one of these banks? Is it a bank wire?
It looks like this exchange has found a way around the new regulations.

I am still waiting to see a recovery that is not led by btcChina.
yesterday (and most f the time it seems) Bitstamp and Mt.Gox followed BTC-China rather closely, apart from certain scale factors. However, when BTC-China fell too much and too fast the other two seemed to be trying to hold the price up:

So do you believe this could be an answer for the Chinese problem? Why were the exchanges and depositors having to use 3rd party payment processors, if they could just use the banks directly like this anyway?

Depressing: Lost ~$50k this crash (in btc) thus far. Somewhat Uplifting: Before Bitcoin, didn't have 50k to lose. I'm over it. Bitcoin will recover (as it has 5x times already). It's one resilient SOB. The collapse of hubris has begun indeed.

Direct bank transfers are of course documented, whereas it sounds like the 3rd party payment system less scrutinized?

But now it sounds like the 3rd party payment system is the one so heavily scrutinized. Plus, were the Chinese really using BTC for things they felt they needed to be anonymous for? I think if someone like OKCoin or BTCchina were to announce this, the price would explode.

Localbitcoins? (Or a local equivalent.) Cash trades aren't banned right now, I think roy
