Bitcoin mining is now a specialized and very risky industry, just like gold mining. Amateur miners are unlikely to make much money, and may even lose money. Bitcoin is much more than just mining, though!

The author has published tons of articles. http://techcrunch.com/author/john-biggs/

It's legit folks.
Doesn't matter. Bad for my finance = Downvote. Cheesy

Fucking bankers and their manipulation, am I right? Cheesy Cheesy Cheesy Cheesy Cheesy

Unfortunately for banks, generally they cannot control the price of an asset by manipulating 1% of that asset on a foreign exchange, outside of US regulation. At least not yet.

Perfect storm approaching: Obvious manipulation on Houbi. All China exchanges getting shut down by end of Jan. China's eBay just banned sales of miners. FBI knows something we don't and has lost faith in bitcoin.

The end is near.

LOL

you are a funny guy. Stop smoking weed dude  Wink

it ain't weed that makes him think like that.

he just wants to be a manipulator as well,

Because I post about facts, as opposed to continuous wild speculation that BTC will reach $1,000,000 by Friday? lawl.  Cheesy Cheesy Cheesy

BTC going to $1,000,000 is just as likely as your orders being filled at $10-$20

Moved all of my bids in the $10-20 range. I suggest you all do the same.

Keep dreaming

That guy used to write the same kind of foolish even when price was 100$. The more he says "heartquake, storm, tsunami" and so on, the more the price goes up. This is the only reason I didn't pushed the ignore button  Grin

Is it not ironic that our ideological anarchocapitalist hero succumbed his property to the state in exchange for his life, probably soon slaughtering many permapigs high on bitcrack with his actions?

Bow down to The Man! All your Bitcoins are belong to USA!

It just occurred to me that the FBI can probably sell the coins pre-sentencing if Ross consents to the sale but still reserves his right to a trial. Why would Ross consent? He might expect the case to remain unresolved for a long time and wants to cash out before it's too late. That way, cash is sitting for him if/when he is released, as opposed to worthless coins.

Who gives a shit if the FBI sell the bitcoins?

They will NOT sell them on exchanges EVER.

If anyone wants to make a WAGER on this fact, lets set up escrow. Name the amount up to 50 BTC.

Walsoraj? You got any coins left? Lets go!

Time to bookmark that address. Maybe set an alert. Unless they hand over the private keys, we can front run the FBI.

Or, the FBI could fool us by inciting the selloff of the century by moving the coins. Cheesy

Note how they moved the coins to this address in 324 portions which is "FBI" as spelled on a phone pad. They got style. Cheesy

edit: And here are the coins from SR itself: https://blockchain.info/address/1F1tAaz5x1HUXrCNLbtMDqcw6o5GNn4xqX
