Just woke up cheap coins... But how cheap havent bought yet. Who here thinks it will get lower as the world wakes up. As people hold btc accounts with gox all over the world
Tera mentioned the final elliot wave will be slower down trend then this sharp decline. so there is that or it has seemed to have a lot of buy support in the 600s ..and then again near the 700s but it requires alot more buying volume before I'd say were done with the dumping.

The Bitcoin network protocol was designed to be extremely flexible. It can be used to create timed transactions, escrow transactions, multi-signature transactions, etc. The current features of the client only hint at what will be possible in the future.

You should anticipate a slow decline to 200$. I'm not kidding, bitcoin is a bubble and companies who are adopting it are just greedy. Bitcoin technology is not used for what it is. This is a just a big bubble.

What are ya'll feeling about Huobi staying 20-30 higher then the western exchange..
The "Huobi USD price" you see on chart sites is computed by them using the official exchange rate (6.06 CNY = 1 USD), Actually there is no BTC/USD trading at the Chinese sites. I suppose that the effective exchage rate (assumed by arbitragers) is somewhat less than 6.06. That would explain the apparent difference.

I would tend to agree. It looks to me that primary cause of the rebound slowing is that playful 1k wall, and big players aren't ready to buy it up. Maybe 500s is the target

Despite everything, I like that MtGox is now pretty much in-sync with everyone else though.

Nice wall. Always at least one person making sure we don't go up. I can't wait for the day that Bitcoin is big enough to not be able to be manipulated by 1 person anymore. Edit: i see my post made him feel bad so he pulled it

Edit: i see my post made him feel bad so he pulled it We have been saying this since $50, maybe even earlier. We thought $800 would be that point where it's big enough. But no. Seeing as there are still hundreds of wallets with 10,000-100,000btc in it, there will always be someone who can manipulate the price if he wants at whatever the price is, or, you know, maybe it's just that he wants to sell them.

I usually just follow this thread and don't post, but this trolling made me laugh so hard, I just had to say that this is the stupidest shit I have read in a long time. And I mean, really a long, long time.

What if spreading the fud was actually Gox's plan to cause the dump and multiply their btc holdings?

If Gox's BTC withdrawals start working again, price on Gox will go sky high. If it doesn't, Gox will die soon. Both interesting scenarios.
Insider tip: You can more or less safely bet on Gox prices through plus500.

Duhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh. If you can figure that out a few years after they have been doing this. Do you think they've been doing it?
