Quadriga: Lawyers for users of bankrupt crypto firm seek exhumation of founder

https://www.bbc.com/news/world-us-canada-50751899

LOL. Sam Kinison had a joke that touched on that subject, but it was about literal necrophilia rather than metaphorical.

"Oh, you mean life keeps on fucking you even after you're dead? It never ends!!"

Weird.  We heard his body was cremated.

"Cotten, according to his widow, died in India from Crohn’s disease complications. He was 30 years old, and in the process of philanthropy involving an Indian orphanage. Rumors through various chat groups claimed the body was not repatriated intact, and was instead cremated in Jaipur, India. EDIT: CoinSpice has been unable to independently confirm that claim."

source - https://coinspice.io/news/canada-exchange-update-190m-gone-mysterious-death-exit-scam-fears-grow/

There was a bunch of weird discrepancies in this case. Including that they managed to get his name wrong on the death certificate. Also, this CoinDesk version of the story says his body was brought back to Canada:

Quote
Following his death, Cotten was embalmed in a medical school and transported back to Canada, where he was reportedly buried in mid-December.

I did not like that it is difficult to figure out the date of the article, and I am thinking that the date should be listed on each page of the article.

I did like that there are a lot of interesting graphs in the article, which represents interesting current dynamics in finances (and bitcoin), and I liked that at the end of the article it provides:   12 - 2020 BOLD predictions

>>>>>>Blockchain Capital’s bold 2020 predictions:

1)   A crypto company is acquired for more than $500m
2)   Value locked in DeFi hits $5B
3)   In the face of competition from China, Libra will receive the green light for a dollar-backed stablecoin
4)   A federal judge rules against the SEC in a crypto case
5)   Not a single 2020 L1 network launch achieves “top 10” status as defined network value
6)   USDC sees 300%+ growth (as measured by transaction value, issuance, market cap and trading volume)
7)   Demand for Bitcoin transactions drives fees to exceed $100, catalyzing scaling up the stack
8.)   FinCEN/FATF hold stablecoins to a stricter standard than paper cash by requiring broad application of the travel rule
9)   McAfee loses his bet and eats his…..
10)   KYC/AML becomes the primary regulatory battleground for DeFi
11)   Privacy coins are de-listed from major exchanges
12)   Bitcoin price blows past all-time high<<<<<<<<

2020 Bitcoin Halving Surge: Has it begun?

Quote
While the price of Bitcoin has been a bit of a disappointment in 2019, Bitcoin’s halving in May could spike the price.

Very clear graphic, you can draw your own conclusion from where we can be in the coming months.

Somehow I know that's true. Gotta weed out the dolla-dollar bill chasers from the more principled. Will it get ugly or just long and boring?

Gotta weed out the dolla-dollar bill chasers from the more principled.

Since there's zero inherent use case for a Bitcoin - a completely temporary, transitory, imaginary, valueless timestamp as opposed to gold and silver you can actually use for things, or fiat that you can set on fire to keep yourself warm - the dollar bill chaser might theoretically be the more principled one.

Spending a lot of time seemingly defending Boris. For women it's easy - 'You don't have to have him in bed with you' usually does it. You can tell they are just turned off by him. (The ones that aren't are usually the saucy ones, and they go in the little black book for laters...) Anyway with blokes I say 'Yes, totally dishonest, professional liar, and that's exactly the point. We are paying him to lie to us, and he's very good at it. Politics is now just openly reflecting the lies we've been told all along.'
Imagine if a politician turned round and started telling people the truth. Most people seem to get this.
Oh and on the Celtic question. They can of course all just fuck right off. But they can't leave.

[charts]

Here's my outlook of the Weekly time-frame on a 4 chart like a weirdo  Grin

Quote from: TradingView

Using the 2100 & 4200 MAs on the 4hr chart (like a weirdo) gives us the 50 & 100 Week MAs on a zoomed in time-frame. Although we already had the bullcross on these Weekly MAs, on a 4hr chart ("in real-time"), we are now seeing the bullish crossover with the price sat underneath it. This follows two weeks of rejection fom the median of the bear channel , continued failure to maintain support above the 0.382 fib retracement (of the $3,100 to $13,850 move), as well as arguably initial rejection from the bull-cross itself that "IRT" occured yesterday.

With the volume dropping off and another descending triangle being established, this is enough reason to be bearish right now.

Doesn't look good in my opinion. Only "hope" for me right now is the current descending triangle is a fake out / bear trap.

If you'd prefer to look at something bullish, then check out this chart I came across. It has nice proportions of 0.5 volitility and 2x time (half the depth and twice the length):

Quote from: AjnoudaSikret, TradingView

2011/2022

The is also similar to the 2012 descending triangle extrapolation I made a couple of months ago that's also quite similar:

Spending a lot of time seemingly defending Boris.

Various relatives of mine have fucked members of his family and his dad keeps trying to fuck another relative of mine at the moment. The only question Boris ever asked another one over dinner was what school she went to and he totally blanked her after that when it wasn't elitist enough.

Rachel seems alright. All the other Johnsons are fucking freaks including our PM.

Another relation was a rather notable PM's personal doctor and their reign was fuelled by the 'concoctions' he used to inject in their arse. The PM would rocket out into the commons and slay it. He used his job to keep his wife in the morphine addiction she was accustomed to.
