Not enough said to convince anyone who can add. I like comparing the relatively trivial China Flu deaths with lots of serious killers besides snake bites. Snake bites is something of a joke with just 80k a year. China Flu might catch up to that(pathetic its taken so long to get halfway), but it is nothing compared to more serious killers. Lets take the regular flu that frightened hysterics shut down the world for and quiver like scared children over. "Seasonal flu kills 291000 to 646000 people worldwide each year"https://www.medicinenet.com/script/main/art.asp?articlekey=208914#covidiot I'm scared, please don't do anything to make that feel foolish or I will have no choice but to lash out. If we treated Covid-19 like we treat the flu, we'd have millions dead each year.If we didnt put brakes on cars billions would die. Ban cars. #Coventional wisdom. Bullish.

I am sure his contribution here is actually worth something. But it surprises me how much I recoil when I read yet another celebrity pontificating about things. It bothers me especially with the whole: "I am not a doctor, but I played on on TV" angle. What a plastic world we have built.
And boy, I have become cynical.
Yeah, but there is a significant portion of the population who will not trust a real doctor but who will trust an actor they saw on a TV show....

Very interesting newsletter today: Miner-led selling pressure for Bitcoin is likely to continue to increase because both Bitcoin Cash and Bitcoin SV will be experiencing their halving on April 8 and April 9, respectively. All three assets share the same SHA-256 mining algorithm and miners can seamlessly redirect their hash power to the asset that provides the highest return on investment.
When Bitcoin Cash and Bitcoin SV halve their block rewards, this should force miners to direct even more hash power to Bitcoin as it will still have a 12.5 native unit block reward (instead of 6.25) for about a month longer. Therefore, we should expect difficulty increases for Bitcoin that should further squeeze profit margins for all miners.
It is concerning that miners are in a state of capitulation even before the halving. Once the block reward halves, miner revenue will be cut in half while miner costs will remain constant, so we expect even more miners to capitulate in the months ahead.
Miner capitulation increases selling pressure until inefficient miners are forced off the network, but in the long run these events are supportive for prices. Culling inefficient miners allows only the most efficient miners with the lowest cost of production to remain. Once inefficient miners exit the network, profit margins will improve for the remaining miners, which reduces selling pressure, increases prices, and should repeat in a virtuous cycle. Eventually, if prices bottom and recover, the pro-cyclical behavior of remaining miners should support further price increases.

Very interesting newsletter today:
Interesting. But wouldn't more miners means the price goes *up* since they don't want to dump bitcoins at a loss?

Interesting. But wouldn't more miners means the price goes *up* since they don't want to dump bitcoins at a loss? They HAVE to dump to pay for their bills (electricity) and their new Hardware to cope with more efficiency required to survive after halving, with reduced coinbase and skyrocketing difficulty (circular loop from new hardware).

Bullseye article on ZH. Nailed it. https://www.zerohedge.com/health/p-pandemic-and-o-orwellianBest quote: "Don’t look now but you’ve been screwed again. The Wall Street bankers are again able to borrow at 0%, while charging you 17% on your ever-increasing credit card balance. Why aren’t these scumbag bankers announcing a three-month moratorium on credit card and mortgage payments, with no interest accruing? Because their goal is to further enslave you in debt, while enriching themselves. They will run patriotic commercials, while sticking a red white and blue dildo up your ass."
My nephew has recently been expressing interest in knowing more about how the financial markets really work. It's nice to see him thinking for himself and expressing scepticism about the system. But I don't have much time at the moment to sit down with him and explain the corrupt relationship between the Fed, banking system, govts, QE, etc. etc. Any recommendations for something which I can direct him to which explains this all for a bright teenager who is already suitably cynical of mainstream media?

Maybe try The Creature from Jekyll Island? I have not read it (yet) but see it recommended enough to give it a shot. Also, for something practical on how to make money for himself, The Richest Man in Babylon. Also on youtube in audiobook format.

Apparently chinese doctors are being murdered. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HspStZXo1rUIf true, it would seem to be something that would get in the way of stopping a pandemic overnight.

Ex-Royal Mint Team’s Crypto Insurance Now Provides $1M Cover for All Civic WalletsA new cryptocurrency wallet insurance product from Coincover offers better protection than many existing custodial solutions, the firm says.
The Cardiff, U.K.-based risk management provider announced Tuesday that its insurance policy, underwritten by Lloyd's of London, would now provide Civic wallet users up to $1 million in cover. The insurance is assigned automatically when a user registers for a Civic wallet and requires no further steps to qualify.
The firm said this is the first hot-wallet insurance offering to date that offers $1 million in protection. https://www.coindesk.com/ex-royal-mint-teams-crypto-insurance-now-provides-1m-cover-for-all-civic-wallets

Two girls, one jar?
speaking of which...where tf is the dude? In deep deep deep bunker quarantine ..... today’s program, buy a few cheap corns at available price of the day (feels like fish and eating the catch of the day)... then re look at my lower orders, see if there could be some adjustments Then or better say now gonna go for a RUN with one of my dogs .... small chill moment after that and at exactly 14h I’m expected at my girls place for a les mills garden GRITT course!!! Yeah, didn’t shares this one in the open yet I think.... but I broke up with my GF after a 6.5 years..... few months ago somewhere around my Brazil trip.... and strangely my path lead me to someone new as well... the dude is happy, and willing to make a coiner of this one as well, she smart and interested so when she sees and learns the fundamentals then she will be a coiner as well, I’m sure of that. Actually to have met someone before this quarantine situation is a blessing as well, the Dude don’t cook very well and sh*t so lucky me ☺️ Is The Dude really Leo. 6.5 yrs.... Did CryptoQ hit max age and The Dude replaced her. So many questions.... via Imgflip Meme GeneratorBut seriously, good job converting the new one to a coiner. Not replaced, but after the break up... met someone else who’s 3 years older.... the dude go’s in reverse movement of other peeps.... @LS, the feeling was over, she will always be a friend, but nothing more.... the dude needs someone to spark his engine 😅

We don’t know what price we’d be sitting at now if CHY-NAH hadn’t decided to fuck all of us. I suspect we’d be at around $10,000 if everything was normal. I’m not really bothered in the extreme short term but I do hope & expect to see a new ATH & then some, by the end of 2021. Strap yourself in, Q3 & Q4 of 2020 should be more fun than what we’re currently witnessing.
