Who panic bought?? I didn't panic buy; I made the preplanned decision to buy when the downtrend broke. wow, for 3 days nobody dumps at 550 $, and thats a downtrend broke. so naive to think that. This is exactly what I thought during the recovery in 2013. "It's only going up because nobody is dumping". All the way from $66 to $200. I have told myself many times now to ignore that thought. The lack of dumping indicates some change in supply in the background which you can't understand. no changes in supply, new 3600 coins hit the market every day. Like I said you don't understand. -Change in supply to exchanges. -Because people are buying OFF exchange. -Change in supply because people aren't shorting anymore (and are covering shorts instead) -Change in supply because no more goxcoins from builder. -Other reasons

Nobody should get proud on themselves yet. I bought some 50-60 coins in last half an hour but this is in no way clear where we are heading yet. If you guys could just dump ltc/btc to 0.015-0.018 I couldn't care less what btc price is

Said it more than once, I'm still quite skeptical we broke the February downtrend, but the signs are there to at least give us a fighting chance. That said, the lack of dumps so far isn't much of a point... during the early 2013 bubble/pop cycle, the reversal arguably started on July 7. Took until July 18 until some whale decided it's time to get out. So there's easily a bit of a lag possible. (btw, whatever that whale was doing, he never got a chance to buy back cheaper. he/she either cashed out, or bought back higher later on)

If it's a trap I should catch it if 1 day MACD goes down before 3 day MACD goes up, and not take too much of a loss, if any.

to be honest, I bought back, I lost few % on fees and price difference from my selling point at $570, sent coins to my wallet and I will have a break from trading for few weeks I feel you bro. I just bought when I saw this push to 600. It feels like I do need to stay away some weeks/months, HODLing on wallets (I'm bullish for 2014 end). Maybe if some recovery from mtgox i'll be back to some trading.

As for LTC, not much fun trading it lately - think it's actually cost me. Alts have been pretty grim of late - too many of 'em - full time job to keep an eye!

There is no point trading them when bitcoin is bewteen stable and a downtrend.

I lost 15 BTC on alts lately and hold some where I'm in at least as much losing positions. I hoped for another week or two of drops to continue, it would be time to buy lot of them but we might not see it if BTC rise.

The mouse wheel changes the horizontal resolution of the chart. Thanks Jorge! It really was such a simple thing, I just didn't understand to try that cause my laptop just has this sliding thing on mousepad, not using actual mouse with a wheel

You seem to be very in to your alts, what sort of alts are you buying/ seeing potential in at the moment?
