Meh, this Oliver Luckett dude seems to be pretty smart. His segment might not have been about bitcoin, but his points about social media were very relevant. And he noted as much when the bitcoin segment Q and A was going on. I gotta give him props, he seems to get it and see the big picture. |

The ONLY person that announcement was important to was Clark Moody. Can't believe they had the gall to go on Bloomberg all 'important announcement' with such a rubbish pitch. Exactly the same as when they said 'big news, we've bought a useless app called zeroblock'. What is wrong with these guys?

Im actually excited about this..... Think about it... I'm scared to put money in btc-e and to some extent even bitstamp especially after mtgox... however if I had a trading platform on blockchain.info where I can retain my own private key and trade in and out of multiple exchanges.... low risk trading! quicker movement to buy and sell between exchanges without waiting for confirms... (if i understand the concept correctly)

The honorable thing is to allow yourself and others to have sound money. Calling bitcon "solid money" is a lie, pure and simple. There is nothing to sustain its value, no reason to believe that cryptocoins will succeed, no reason to believe that bitcon will not be superseded by other coins. "Fiat money wannabe" is the most optimistic description one can use, gievn what we have seen so far. |
