Pouring one out for our lost homie, mindrust.

Can’t imagine what emotions dude is currently experiencing.

Hoping against hope that he made it up somehwere...Tesla (TSLA) or Moderna (MRNA)?
Even if you sell btc, which I don't advise, got to have them assets.

BTC got too much resistance around $19k - $19.5k. Once it crosses 20k there is very less resistance after that,it will move towards $25k. As on many exchanges, BTC hits ATH so fingers crossed hope it crosses resistance.

So we are knocking at 19k again

maybe this time. we pass 19 and 20k and 21k in under 36 hours!

I am ready to sell  some  at 20.9k  just a small piece

I am not opposed to the idea of selling BTC on the way up, but it just seems to be so problematic for a purported BTC supporter to be celebrating such activities.

In other words, philip, you need an attitude adjustment..

Today's ATH was the same as in 2017. The only way is up with some pitstops.

40% - 80% corrections are over, market is wider now, more matured with more demand from institutions and big tech which is good for hodlers bad for traders.

Heh. In 2016 I made a pair of bets .333 bitcoin each that Trump would lose the election. I honored both.

Taught me not to bet with bitcoin :-)

I beg to disagree, well, maybe not 80%, but, say 40-70% is possible from the top.
Afterall, even stock market periodically get to corrections like this.
BTW, if no 40-80% correction, then upside is also not 20-30X, but, maybe 5X (in the current run, limiting to 100K), which would be a bit low.

Yhea, from the top is more likely. From $150,000 (~3 trillion MC) bleeding out to $30,000 - $60,000.

Good morning Bitcoinland.

The rally continues... currently $19330USD/$25050CAD (Bitcoinaverage).

Even had an ATH for the first time in 3 years. Still feels too early for full-fledged celebration though.

The battle for $20k could take some time. Go Bitcoin go.
__

OK then... one little meme:

Agree with all this.

Doesn't feel real yet, but I think that's just mild denial.  Sure is fun. Smiley

This year seems similar to 2016, but with less elation. In 2016 we were probably all elated because we had confirmation that bitcoin was not dead.

Post-2016, we know that bitcoin will be around forever. The stakes are not as high. It's going to take more than a $20K BTC price to impress me.

20 k coming up

21k. soon to follow

Looks like 25-30k by new years.

then Jan-Feb correction to 14-16k

then the real bulls get loose in fall 2021

50k is reasonable by dec 2021.

I own a dec 2021 $50k call.

Remember my coins are always 50% cheaper due to my power deal.

Since I purchased quite a bit of gear to mine from July 1 to Nov 30.  I need to pay it off.

I have break points.

13000 small sale
13500 small sale
14000 small sale
14500 small sale
15000 small sale

hodl til 19k

2 sales
at the 19k price.

dip purchased some PayPal btc for fun.

will now hodl till 20.9k

20.9k
21.4k
21.9k
22.4k

hodl till 25k

Simply can not hodl  as much until I pay down the gear purchases from July 1 to Nov 30

But I always hodl some of the coins.

All asics paid off.
All gpus will pay off in 10-15 days.

Around dec 15  I can hodl harder as I go to 0 gear debt.

This sure is earlier than expected. ATH, cheers!

King daddy has a habit of exceeding expectations.  Quite regularly - even when we attempt to prepare for such.

Go figure.

The game because easier now: lower BTC exposure when price doubles within 3 weeks.

did one with elrippo also, ended up winning 0.5 btc in august of 2017. doubled up and made a charity project out of it to buy Christmas presents for poor kids. other forum members added generously. by December 2017 the charity stash had grown to almost €100k.  Cool
