My hope for that sort of thing is fairly low.  I feel like hes going to get away with very little bad happening to him at all.

Perhaps I am just projecting my fears.

I think he's playing with fire. All it takes is pissing off a judge once. Then it's all downhill from there.

It starts to feel like April/May again. No movement. Alts get more interest. Ok stats look different. No Pi cycle top crossed. NUPL is low. Other data looks good as well. Hope we see Plan B's November prediction come true.

Price looking bullish again on short time-frames, looks like 2 weeks of consolidation between $60-63K has done the trick. A wick down to the 0.618 fib retracement level was bought up quickly. We're now about to confirm a bull channel, with a shallow v-shaped bottom or inverse head & shoulders. Still waiting for confirmation above $64K that remains illusive, but back to 60-40 bullish shorter time-frame.



The Weekly time-frame remains bullish after for the third week finding support from the previous Weekly ATH closing price of approximately $60K. Price remains at new ATH close for the week:



Not sure whether the longer-term bearish factors are supposed to be hidden, but personally I still can't see them.

That particular brand of Twitter math&science places the top at 450k-520k. I could live with it. Even averaging with PlanB's most conservative, old estimate of ~100k, it still checks out at 270k-310k. Not sure about you, but I could still live with that.
