"Faketoshi trial day 7 notes...
Has any court ever asked him how he managed to "sign" a message for Gavin from the fourth block's address, but now says he doesn't have the key as it's "held" by a bonded courier? But why would they? The argument between both sides in this circus is whether Faketoshi is 100% Satoshi or 50% Satoshi. Both sides would gladly attribute 22M BTC to Faketoshi if they could. BSv's law firm already opened up their cards and showed why they need this 50% or 100% judgement in their formal letters before action sent to all of the devs: 10. In accordance with their fiduciary duties, each of the Developers is obliged to: a. Provide access and control to TTL of the BTC in the Addresses, which it owns but cannot access or control due to the hack/theft. b. Take all reasonable steps to ensure that TTL has access to and control of the BTC in the Addresses. c. Take all reasonable steps to ensure that effect is not given to the fraud, by ensuring that the BTC in the Addresses cannot be dealt with by anyone other than TTL (including those who have misappropriated the private keys or otherwise wrongly have access to the private keys). https://www.ontier.net/ia/a1letter-before-action-from-ttl.pdfIf you still have any doubts, here's the statement directly from Faketoshi: https://twitter.com/MyLegacyKit/status/1457437100631105536I found it helpful to stop using my logic while trying to analyze this case, (like why would you even need a supercomputer to mine on a testnet???) and just realize that the true answer to everything in this case is

https://mobile.twitter.com/davetroy/status/1458094700091658262... welcome to the deranged upside-down world view of the rabid leftist I can't stress this enough: the crypto attack on the dollar is not strictly a "pump and dump" or a "grift." It's an ideologically-driven attack on the legitimacy of fiat currency, the @federalreserve, and the incumbent financial system. It is the sequel to the January 6th attack. ... in some ways "he gets it" ... like the bellowing dinosaur sees the meteor streaking across the sky and knows it's an impending doom kind-of-way 'gets it'

How are BTC related matters feeling now, Raja_MBZ?
Still expecting a correction down to the 200-week moving average within the next year?
Yeah, of course. However, the punk that I once sold for 4-figure is now worth 7-figure. Sucks TBH.

That's exactly what I meant in my earlier post. It's the first time in my life that I wish for someone to die a slow, agonizing, horrible death, rusty pipes included.

That says everything. How out of touch with reality do you have to be to think this? Or maybe its some modern form of Stockholm Syndrome?

Yeah, of course. However, the punk that I once sold for 4-figure is now worth 7-figure. Sucks TBH. Damn man, don’t go from being a bitcoiner to a NFT-fool….. Don’t fall for the NFT illusions, my NFT is worth zero but I’m order to sell to my Friend it’s worth 4 figures and to our other friend it’s worth 7 figures, the not buying friend will have the NFT forever

Here is one more image i made out in my free time : These little dips again are just a step back to pull price slingshot with more pressure to hit hard and break the $100k target. If you are holding it then profits flood are coming your way and if not don't stand in between because btc is going to take all shitcoiners and their useless talks away within one hard hit.

I can't wait to get mail from faketoshi's lawyers. edit: can we just burn satoshis bitcoin? can someone make a BIP?

edit: can we just burn satoshis bitcoin? can someone make a BIP? 1. I can't think of a proper way to do it and it would be a dangerous precedent. 2. Even if this would be done, CSW would not stop. The way to stop him would be to prove in court that math cannot be twisted (I fail to understand why court is needed for that, but it seems that's needed) and CSW is a scammer; that may cut his funding.
