And since their action is visible by everybody thanks to services like glassnode, it is easy for the bears to short the market liquidating $1 bil in 24 hours. It is like trying to win a poker game with your hand visible to everyone. Not gonna happen, pals. It really doesn't need $3TN to enter the market ... that would only be true if every bitcoin had to be bought and sold at that price. 

To take an extreme example: if only one bitcoin were for sale and it changed hands for $200k then the "market cap" (which is almost meaningless anyway) would suddenly be $3.76TN (or $2.6TN more than today)  but only $200,000 was needed to do it.

The reality is somewhere in between - you need enough money to drive the bitcoin that are for sale to $200k.  Clearly as the price goes up more bitcoin will come to the market but certainly not all of them.

As an aside I don't see it reaching $200k this year, $75-85k maybe? But its just a guess.
