If you're in the US and feel the need for a gun, go for it, who am I to say otherwise ?

In my country however I don't need a gun, nobody I know needs one, and if someone invades my home, they won't have a gun either. Even local police used to not have guns, and only some of them now have one.

What happened in Japan isn't proof of anything, it's not like the perp shot and hurt dozens of people like happens regularly in the US. He could have killed Abe with a knife or a bow and arrow...

If President Trump was constantly saying the cues that are on the teleprompter that shouldn't be said like Biden is now saying on a daily basis: "End of quote / Repeat line / You know walk away." etc, the media would have been up in arms about that I'm sure.

 Roll Eyes

Yet a half senile man beat Trump soundly, that's how bad the orange one was.

At this point I think it's time for Kamala to take over, whatever you think of her. And maybe think about age limits for the presidency (and supreme court).

I don't know about this "recession" We have the lowest unimployment rate in a very long time in Sweden, and as I understand it this goes for the rest of the westrn world as well, that's not a recession.

Housing prices are plummeting and inflation is high, but no one is out of a job, this seems to me more like a normal correction in the housing market and a adjustment to a high inflation environment.

The war is also good for the economy, everybody now sees the true face of Russia and is therefore arming up, on top of that all that equipment given to Ukraine has to be replaced by new equipment. And on top of that comes the lend-lease deal, which will give Ukraine spanking new equipment that has to be produced. Remember, all the equipment given to Ukraine so far is outside the lend-lease deal, when that equipment starts to be delivered there will be a torrent of equipment going in to Ukraine not seen since The US sent lend-lease stuff to USSR during WW2.

I was referring to the recession as a concept that can be applied to the bitcoin market in this period of time. The war has a positive impact only on developed markets, it has nothing to do with Russia's backwardness, now the country is rolling into the abyss.

A recession is when GDP goes down. It's not directly related to employment. If resources are so scarce and expensive that you can't build more stuff (cars, as an example), then you can't sell more stuff, and in fact make and sell less, then you have a recession.

3d printed Guns, are going to become more of a thing .........

Kamala ... oh dear.

As for age limits... who cares about age?  however levels of senility , that is another topic, do not care how old you are, as long as you have your faculties.... some people are as sharp as tacks until they day they die.... Biden, obviously is not a well man, and at this stage it is basically elder abuse. As far as Biden goes, apart from anything else, the guy, must have literally not a soul in the world that cares about him who has the power to extract him from this situation and have him looked after, which is what he needs.

Give me Trump any day of the week, not even a comparison..... it is actually embarrassing, that people were so brainwashed, so dumb, that they supposedly made that choice....  supposedly.

A recession is when everything falls, both capitalization and jobs, and most importantly, trust. trust is what the entire crypto community ultimately rests on, I meant the simple use of economic terms, you don't need to take it literally

Doesn't BTC ultimately rest on removing the need to "trust" ?

It is the distrust against which bitcoin would seem to have been created, and as it turns out, it was created for transparency, and now we come from the birth of privacy to the need for disclosure

Roomers are Ellon is backing off the 44B deal of Twitter

The rumars are troo.

Everything Elun Mosk does is PR to boost his own giant ego on social media and/or manipulate the market of his own investments. He never intended to buy Twitter for such a huge sum of money, it was just all show. FFS he even named his own child some ridiculous shit for social media clout.

Full Musk

Array of things, they're supposedly real
Fan boys and girls believe the CGI deals
Sex robots and boring machines
You talk a space trek, its just a fantasy deluded dream

Daily Mars trips with a hundred on board
Who are you kidding? oh good Lord!
Pump up the doggie-do, sent out in a tweet
Credulous crypto-nuts eat up all your bullshit

Then you blow up rockets, there's  online compilations
All a scam, your billion dollar operations, yeah

Going full muskrat, gushing doge-do
Regarding synergies in a word salad interview
Robo taxis, just a fake revelation
Like the neuro-links, telepathic connections, oh yeah

Then you blow up rockets there's online compilations
All a scam, your starship operation, yeah

Array of things, but they never were real
Far from ever inventing the wheel
The solar gig it went down the loo
But you play your minions like a violin, yeah, you do

They cheer you on at a fanboy convention
Vaporware truck, smash a window presentation, yeah!
Yeah you blow up rockets there's online compilations
Just a big scam, your billion dollar operation, yeah....

You're just a billionaire fraud, dude
You shoulda stuck with the Teslas.....

Trump had no coherent policy. He was all for money printing and low rates and low taxes to inflate the stock market as much as possible because he thought that meant the economy was good. He had no respect for institutions, no understanding of your constitution, no respect for anything or anybody, in fact, except his strange love for dictators. It was all about him and his money, me, me, me ! He wasn't a leader in any definition of the word.

Trump was the anti-president. Biden is more like the non-president, not great, but at least not doing harm.

I disagree.

"no respect for institutions" .... yup, damn straight, you mean the guys that spent the past decades getting us to the point where we are at ? , I do not have respect for them either.

Trump was right on so many things, which , has been all but proven... on multiple issues, like it or not.....  was he perfect? noooooooo, he is a human, no human is perfect.

Biden does not know which room he is in.

No comparison.

The people that supposedly voted him in power, absolute numpties.  (and the institutions and the media and the games they played, during and in the run up to it, are absolute SCUM)

ps Bitcoin was also created out of a lack of respect, or trust in institutions - thank god.

Doesn't BTC ultimately rest on removing the need to "trust" ?

Bitcoin was based on trust and it was a far-reaching relationship, but now bitcoin and trust remain only between two counterparties. and in the big picture, it turns out to be a simple payment and here it already plays the role of transparency.
