Read this. See in particular Page 14. There is no "impact" on climate from crypto mining and not from Co2 either. F It's all described here - written by a lifelong gas turbine engine designer. i.e. someone who actually understands the science of thermodynamics as opposed to a geologist, oceanographer or other hand-waving clown drawing lines and arrows all over the place. If you're going to promote oil lobbyist brainwashed half-baked intellectuals then at least cite from actual peer-reviewed scientific journals not some wordpress bullshit from a "turbine engine designer" who cannot write a research paper correctly and uses a few rudimentary high-school physics formulas. But I guess all those graphs must have impressed you. 97 percent of scientists say man-made climate change is real. The other 3 percent's average expertise is far below that of their colleagues. source: https://www.pnas.org/doi/epdf/10.1073/pnas.1003187107I wonder which category your "turbine engine designer" belongs to? And even the most doubting of climate deniers will see the mountains of plastic, chemical waste and other disgusting shit floating in every single part of our oceans if they dunk their empty heads into the water. Do we really want to continue encouraging the pollution giants to keep doing this? Does your sushi taste better with microplastics? Or maybe cancer-causing chemicals in our air smells better than crisp, clean, fresh air? As to your misunderstanding of Kirchhoff's law of thermal radiation, you are leaving heat capacity in relation to higher mass density completely out of your equation. Keep our planet clean. I understand that warm air can hold more CO2. It's a complicated hen-egg problem, but regardless of that, we have discovered a lot of more or less related problems, most of them are solvable with good amount of conscious brainpower and dedication, but still, if there is an actual approach, it's lukewarm and short sighted. I bet we wont't compensate for climate change in a suffcient way, if we don't even solve the most important underlying problems. What was that "stupid space rock" thing about, again?

..... Wow. Vitalik is in your contact list? You should ask him out and meet at the pub for a pint or two. Then get him drunk and tell him to send a few hundred of those ether thingies to you for demonstration purposes... ______ F**k! So after almost 10 years of "hobby mining" I finally had to shut down the ancient GPU'S. (the asics were shut down years ago) The shitcoin that just went from POW (Proof of Wank or something ) to POS ( Piece of Shit?... idk..) was the final nail in the coffin. Well, it was a fun ride, especially in the beginning. All my acquaintances and family thought I was a nutter (I am actually, but that's beside the point) for mining bitcoin and "wasting" electricity. ... but I had the last laugh... (all the way to the bankcredit union) GO BITCOIN

My thoughts on global warming are as follows: all the ice has melted in the past and the world had far less land mass. So it can happen again. The exact reason why; don't care. can we prevent it; don't know.
So if you want to bet on global warming being fake and live at 250 feet above sea level you are likely a want to be killer.
Now if you live in a place like Florida and do not believe in global warming well at least you are putting your home and your life on the line.
I live about 70 feet above sea level and about 13 miles from the Atlantic Ocean. I am 65 so my bet is the floods come in 35 years or more. All my kids died so I don't worry if global warming will kill them. If I could make it to 100 maybe I will have moved to higher ground by then.
I say all this because it is quite obvious world leaders will use global warming to kill off billions of people in less than 100 years.

Seems like it might be cat shit Nope. You must not know nuttin. Cats bury their shit. The guy sounds lost to me (realKiyosaki and even Mpamaegbu for that matter). That last line should have been "Invest in REAL money.. Bitcoin... and if you happen to have any spare change after you have invested into bitcoin then maybe put a wee little bit into Gold and Silver too.. but not more than 5% of the amount that you had put into dee real deal.. .. i.e. dee cornz." maybe consider using shamir backup..
Thanks, always open for useful suggestions. As the NANO-S is somewhat limited, i consider some upgrade in the future, but i had some doubts (not so much related to security) to buy a trezor in the past, but i am going to look into it again soon. Just write a big note to yourself saying "Ich habe meine Bitcoins versteckt" even if someone sees the note, they wont know where thay are versteckt, and you can go searching your surroundings immediately instead of spending half a day swetting in angst. Sometimes, you are such a creative smartie panties, Arriemoller. And OOM does not even need to use the word "bitcoin".. .He could call them "my lil precious" or something obscurely creative like that.... and then if he forgets what "my lil precious" is, then he could have a piece of paper on the side that says "my lil precious = dee cornz" And if you doesn't remember what "dee cornz" means, then he could have another piece of paper for that, etc. etc. etc. I could have shared my little secret with the wife, too.
You wouldn't want to do that. It's too logical. Furthermore, it might well be too easy, and another thing is that she might end up stealing your cornz, too... club you on your head when you are out camping (I mean watching fiddling with your camera regarding the stars "half a night long") and then tell the authorities that you must have gotten eaten by a bear..

I guess I had one too many deep-fried, dill pickle spears last night. Whew. Everything is right in my world again other than a returning fear of Martians I thought I'd been over since early childhood.

What wisdom can you get from a piece of those words or from a piece of tweet that you read? Because I personally don't find anything so impressive as reading more news today, be it about cryptocurrencies or about Bitcoin. And you need to know also that any product if held by the wrong hands will be worthless even though the product has long been a success. So try to keep looking at the right hand and also be wise in using everything in its place.

https://twitter.com/Cointelegraph/status/1570891528742084613?t=xSCf8e25ofw1JMHxdoIwlw&s=09More BTC was sent to exchanges this week than at any time since March 2020. Bitcoin exchange inflows see biggest one-day spike since March 2020 Bitcoin (BTC) exchanges have seen huge volumes this month as price declines lead to renewed interest in trading. Data from sources including on-chain analytics firm Glassnode shows exchange inflows hitting their highest since March 2020. "The scent of volatility is in the air" On Sept. 14, over 236,000 BTC made its way to the 11 major exchanges tracked by Glassnode. This was the largest single-day spike since the chaos that surrounded Bitcoin’s dip to just $3,600 in March 2020. Miners slow BTC salesReturning to trading platforms themselves, Glassnode indicates that exchange balances have increased by roughly 80,000 BTC since the end of August. https://cointelegraph.com/news/bitcoin-exchange-inflows-see-biggest-one-day-spike-since-march-2020
