For me, last night the grass put on a pretty interesting show.

You have been around long enough to see people freaking out at amazing rises and crying over crashes.

And we are here for the long game and we love it - we are junkies.

Most of the hours I have spent here have been (as you said) like watching paint dry - but every now and then, it's been seriously 'can't tear myself away' exciting.

And who knows, we might be changing the world a little, right?

so basically, this whole NeoBee story is about some scammy entrepreuneur that presented himself as some cyprus savior, raised shitload of btc and went off radar?
so much scams in bitcoinland, cant bother to follow them all.

I would venture to guess that it is because the Chinese are the first to figure out that they will be able to continue trading, despite the inconvenience of not using the PBOC to fund the current exchanges they use. But it could certainly be a continuation of the manipulation we watched on the way down to 340.

a short-term view:  when china heats up, it will test 2700 this weekend, and short-term direction will depend on the outcome of that test.  2700 ~= 436usd. stamp will lag as much as $12 in the process, no more, unless china really rips upwards (unlikely).
