Well I don't have a watch for bitcoin prices, but I am in the market for a pair of confetti cannons. Want to put them in my office to go off when Bitcoin hits 75k.

Any suggestions?

Seriously, Alphabet's share price deserves to be sub zero at this point.
Unless this is really the company's view this HAS to have been intentional sabotage surely and should result in the firing of everyone involved in the Gemini project and closing it down completely.

There is no other option than these two.

Not saying other companies are saints but I'm pretty glad I never bought into Pixel or Android phones.

Worst AI ever.
In fact it continues to prove my point, that this is only machine learning / data gathering and matching, and totally not thinking for itself.

Earlier this month, the US Department of Energy (DOE) announced its intention to gather basic information about the energy consumed by bitcoin mining. In making the decision, the DOE noted that the share of bitcoin mining happening in the US has shot up by a factor of over 10 just within the last three years, leaving the activity consuming as much electricity as a fairly populous state.

To understand what this means for the US grid and its reliability, the DOE planned to gather information from large bitcoin mining operations within the US. But that plan has now been put on hold by a judge, who issued a restraining order against the DOE in response to a lawsuit filed by miners. In the decision, the judge suggested that bitcoin miners' issues with the plan were likely to see it permanently blocked.

Government energy departments want to track Bitcoin miners in their own country but are apparently incapable of securing a vital gas pipeline that was buried in the bedrock under the ocean off the cost of Denmark - which helped to power part of an entire continent, OR bring the perpetrators to justice.

Let that sink in.

HODLing up??

How dare you?!?! lol

I wish he is doing fine though.

P.S.: And, jokes aside, I really mean it... We all make mistakes, otherwise all of us would be multi-BILLIONAIRES already... just with a dozen of consecutive "perfect" trades.

P.S.2.: Well, not ALL of us, or the sum of everyone's net worth would exceed current market cap.... but you know what I mean... Geeesh... it was just a joke.... ehmmm, let's just leave mindrust alone! FFS!

someone brought up Mindrust, and I hope that person is OK mentally given the conditions.

This entire forum could be compiled into a prophetic text. For the Old Testament and literal word of the creator, we have early devs and Satoshi. Then our New Testament is full of pages, with many parables from this WO thread. The pages of AdamsBigBlock, the parable of the R0ach, the parable of Mindrust, etc.

Really, our belief system is to not trust, but verify. And collectively, we all want that sweet church tax-break.

I have lost as much as him just because of a emergency I needed funds for before the market spiked and I was never able to get it back.

Sometimes reality really hates me. Smiley

He knows he made a mistake listening to his favorite astrologer (which I actually warned about) and doesn't need us to rub it in.

Taking enjoyment out of others misfortune is a sign of a very low moral compass.

Moral of the story is to always try to keep savings in because honey badger don't give a shit!

As I recall, he didn't lose anything.
I thought he just broke even and decided to get out with his $40k while (he figured) the gettin' was good?

He sold at the absolute bottom, that's losing in my mind.

*added:

IIRC he was listening to masterluc that said price would dump to 1500 from 4k so he fell prey to his fear and didn't listen to us.

A cryptoevangelist (criptoevangelista Wink) is also needed. I'm trying to educate my family, the basis of change for a better world begins within the home.
