Too much trolling drama over $20 fluctuation, it's kind of pathetic Cheesy

9 months of bear market and this is the conclusion. By the end of the year nobody will even talking about Bitcoin anymore. I sold hours ago. When will you? When we go below 100?

It's not panic, nor weak hands.

It's a raid.

Precise targeted selling, not to gain a good price but simply to move the price down. Easy in a market this thin.

You seem to see 'coordination', where there is mainly just 'market momentum'.
It really is such a ridiculous idea that everything one dislikes must be the making of conspiratory evil forces that I'm troubled to understand how they can ignore the cognitive dissonance.

It's even weirder when you took part in the actions that are re-interpreted as being part of some 'grand scheme'. Didn't even know I'm an Illuminati member...
Happens to me too sometimes, that's why I know for sure what fools some people here are. If there's a conspiracy, then it's to keep people uneducated by having them believe they are powerless and their destiny is controlled by some manipulators, whereas the truth is everyone has the power to educate himself and learn about speculation.

The fact that fallling and Shroomie are still here shouting doom, gives me all the confidence that BTC is doing just fine and will go up soon enough.

Same with the governement trying to warn people for BTC, why would they care if somebody looses his money, weren't they trying to force people to spend their money in the first place with their QE. So what does it matter to them who spends them, you or the fraudster...

It's large blocks, Oda - so you what do you think is happening with a (hitherto) low volume market like this.

I'd be interested to know Smiley
What's happening is people are taking profits and cutting their losses after a breakdown? Or is that too realistic?

I guess I'm surprised to see volumes either way after the boredom of late.

If it is the catalyst for a stable base for the fabled 'bubble' to come, then I'll be happy - but as along term bull - of course it makes me edgy.

Not really. The action of recent days is the work of a few sizable trades from by definition a few people. You just momo'd along for the ride.

The market is so thin its not rocket science.

Downwards momentum crossed an (arbitrary - but possibly shared as a sentiment, therefore not completely arbitrary) threshold, leading a number of traders to exit a long position or enter a short.

Because they prefer to have their money before Bitcoin becomes worthless. Did you really need to ask this.

Bitcoin worthless? They are killing the bitcoin, if they sell all the 24k at once the bitcoin price can go sub 300.
