there is money to be made with BTC - but lets not forget what Bitcoin really stands for guys Smiley  - Bitcoin is Sovereignty..

Tell that to all of those traders and miners who are happy and wealthy cause of Bitcoin Smiley

Tell that to people who gain possibility to work for Bitcoins?

Indeed Bitcoin is freedom.

Bitcoin is ♥.

I don't like $ and other currencies - I just use them cause they are forcing me! =]

Does anyone actually believe that FUD on the Wall Observer thread can actually impact the market?

I don't. I think this is (almost) impossible and I am pretty sure about it.

Well, the poll counts show that there are almost 100 people reading this thread with some frequency.  If each of them were to dump 100'000 BTC, all at the same time, the prce would probably drop a bit.

I just noticed the strong resistance that was at bitfinex around 670$ is gone. Just gone. Its like a desert up there.

$6...70? what.  We're at $517.. Looking at >$150 higher in the orderbook tells nothing about anything.

Likely they are moving it to another exchange since nobody can withdraw fiat from bitstamp.

I am pretty sure a lot people can withdraw from Bitstamp. There's been some changes obviously (according to the Reddit talks..) but they're also processing withdrawals and deposits as they did before. The problems they're not facing are probably due to the changes in their banking partners.

I agree... but that resistance was there for a long time... It was there before the last run in May. Perhaps i'm projecting hopes of moon. Smiley

mmm, "banking problems" ... yeah, sure, right ... shouldn't sell what ya don't got.

Edit: first signs of distress from Gox was suspension of fiat withdrawls ... last time it took 9 months for the idiots to clue in

Gox had such a bad name before I even got in to bitcoin I just avoided them all together.. Saying that about bitstamp is pretty silly.. you're insinuating they've been robbed and or have lost cold storage coins.

edit: having banking issues vs stolen coins, are so not in the same ballpark.
