You would have to be brave to ride all the way down to here from 600 and then just sell.

I think that is mainly because the decline has been so gradual.  Lots of 10% price drops hurt less than one 60% sell-off imo.

For the marketcap to drop, people need to sell at lower prices. Which means they have a bag of fiat they can either save, spend or invest. So these people are not all-in, and have room to re-enter the BTC market once it takes off fast enough.

Miners selling to cover costs, for example, would not be left with a bag of fiat. They may instead be left with debt.

=D

I am actually punishing my idiot self in the past for not selling at $600 by not allowing myself to sell now, if that makes any sense?

so that is what is going on all the whales are using this to push it down and back up?

(man it better be market manipulation..if it is just free falling as a floorless market for whatever reason that would be worse imho)

It would definitely be worse, but I don't think that is the case. These prices will attract new investment. No worries here.

Lets set the record straight to all the fudsters

TA indications point to it being oversold - mega high volume, low RSI coupled in a steep dip in value, triple bottom now? large support at 300 and the infamous weekend dip/fud/panic dispair - i am expecting/hoping a rebound tomorrow

Bitcoin has too much invested in it to go to zero, so stop the fud

Just bought another 2.5 BTC, but it wasn't easy, when you got fiat on the exchange it's easy, but instant buys for a couple of thousand dollars is near impossible, we've gone backwards on that part.

stuff like this is what keep some people holding when they should have sold at > 600 when we already were 50% down from the top...

the current price is deflating from the massive speculation from the last 2 bubbles.  be realistic.

Yes. Dumpers and traders.

The charts right now will be a good example.
We finally go up a few dollars and it will be a matter of minutes before traders will start dumping and we go down again.
