I highly doubt he saved 8 days worth of all the coins mined just to dump for electricity but anything is possible...but this is not anything.

I believe stamp might be out of dollars atm because everyone jumped on the 300 wall. Hence why it cant keep up with the other exchanges going up. Prices on other exchanges will have to come down as well now.
