Dolores, there is no button in your dashboard until the end of the crowdsale because right now MGO do not exist. They will be distributed at the end of the crowdsale, and that is when you will input your address. I'm sorry there seems to be a miscommunication, but you will receive your mobilego tokens at the end of the crowdsale.

The problems have been coming from the icotech portal by the way. We've had to work double time to resolve a number of unforeseeable issues.

Why pay 10BTC to use incent platform? and also 3% from the crowdsale goes to incent so they can give back 1% to users in incent tokens.

Maybe there is shady business partnership between them, Incent is the bad token and their price is even below ICO price. But their fees are ridiculously high. Unfair.

Actually this is not exactly true. There is this social media campaign you can still join to support the MobileGO ICO. I think it originally was supposed to end a couple of days ago, but looks like it's been extended until 5:30 p.m. EST today. That's just under two hours from now.

These are some current problems a few people are facing:

Addresses have changed: Although this is concerning, we register your investment to your email, so when balances are corrected your investment will show.

MobileGo balance still calculating: That is totally normal. With all the constant investments, the balances are forced to calculate incredibly fast. With each new investment your total mobilego will decrease, however your current mobilego become more valuable. The system is being worked on to show proper mobilego balances as quickly as possible and provide real time updates.

BTC/GAME/ETH/WAVES Balances aren't showing: Again, this is concerning to users. But it is an ICOTECH display issue, it doesn't mean your investment wasn't registered the second you invested. This will be sorted out asap. You will receive your coins with the proper discounts.

Is anyone ACTUALLY surprised by this?  These same problems arose with the Tokes Platform ICO, and the Incent team is yet to fix the problems with their portal.  Why do ICOs keep using these guys?  The Incent team is a blight on the crypto eco-system, and I trust them like I'd trust Bernie Madoff's grandson to hold my lunch-money.

How much did you paid to use Incent platform ... 10BTC+3% of the crowd-sale?

Why did you paid so much for NOTHING?!

I mean there are always problems with incent platforms .... for instance the ico of another crown-sale is showing you a different balance everytime you log in ... at least you modified it to only show when it is over or when you can fix it!


I am frustrated because people use things that aren't working properly and pay for them!!!

By the amount we raised already we very well may have 3.5 million gamers on the store. .83-1.71 per gamer acquisition via marketing. The mobile store is ready to go and the profit we start generating will begin burning MobileGo IMMEDIATELY.

99% of the time ICO's take a while to get to their starting point because they haven't started building a damn thing. This is the first time a group is funding an existing project.

First you extend for 24h, then another 24h, now another 2day?
Kinda anoyying because i keep checking the page to see the progression.

There's no need to keep checking it. You'll definitely know when it is sent out. And the reason it is being pushed back, is because I simply don't want any bugs in the system when we announce. I think that is very reasonable and understandable.

That's actually quite smart, Jack. I hadn't thought of that angle, but it makes a lot of sense. I hadn't been concerned about it to begin with, but now I see the wisdom. Plus it gives a few more folks the chance to participate.
