Many investors simply couldn't invest, and many weren't comfortable investing more funds after their test deposits didn't show up. It's best you wait till your altcoins transactions are completed before you proceed to invest coz I'm sure there's no direct USD funding option available. Only very few ICOs allow funding directly with Fiat currency. MobileGo isn't one of them.

Woah. First of all, I have personally handled HUNDREDS of people who couldn't properly invest. I'll send you screenshots of my inbox if you're so positive. We haven't canceled anything. Hundreds of people weren't able to invest, making the total funds smaller than what would have happened had things gone as planned, benefiting investors who had no issues. This is not an ideal situation, but it's the most fair.

And just so you know, we actually did have someone DDOS us in the first couple of hours. Also, we've had a steady stream of investments, our balances don't reflect that since we've established there is an issue.

But by all means take your complaint to our support email, and we can assist you there.
