From the last post of burnin, it seems that the cooling will be passive (only aluminium and copper). Do I understand this correctly, or is the presence of huge fans understood automatically? Thanks!

Can you please provide mock-ups for the 10 and 20 chip modules?
I ask because the fan placement will need to change.

No, it does not. It shows 3 STACKED 10 chip modules.
