Because he already has a rendering for the a 30 (3x10) chip module? Maybe he has it, maybe he doesn't. Only he knows and that's why I'm asking HIM. Again, once again, asking BURNIN (not you). Paging Mr. Burnin...

I appreciate it when you guys re-answer the questions that have been answered before. Reduces the amount of time i have to divert to posting here. But please try to keep the off-topic down. - thank you! On that Picture: Yes that render is old and the development overtook it. I am using a 10 Year old 3D CAD package for those mechanical drawings. Making new renders takes time away from development, i will do new ones further down the road. My Layout software also supports 3d Rendering so enjoy a sneak peak:  expect more next weekend. More news: I am arranging to meet the user: Testsieger for ID verification.

The rendering was showing the 10 chip module... it was meant to show how modules will later stack... |

Wouldn't a power2 number of chips make things a lot easier ?
If so, would it be doable to increase the 10 chips board into 16, and the 20 chips into a 32 chips board ?
And maybe an eight chip board for the people with a limited number of chips.
There must be a reason why Avalon created 8 chip boards and Klondike is going for 16 and 64.

This will be a problem for a lot o people that didn't order a number of chips that is multiple of 8 based on the intent of Burnin of developing 10 and 20 chips boards. Wouldn't a power2 number of chips make things a lot easier ?

If he does what BKKcoins does he might be able to ignore that fact and populate the boards from 1 up 10 or on the bigger board 1 up to 20. Seems like BKKcoins is going to make his so that you can add chips to the board later and the firmware will resolve how many chips there are on the board.
