I also sent about "20 e-mails" and no refund... I am only glad that on my "10th e-mail" Burnin (Martin) replied that he "missed me" and now he will return my money... but that was over a month ago... but I do not have my money back :| still waiting.

If you want burnin to notice your email and react to it all you need to do is send him the same email 5x in a row and if thats not enough send it 10x the next day and so on. Worked pretty well for me.

I think that he should take one day and clean it - just send the refund like he promised and that is all. Then he could do his business again… only a day.

I placed my order (#232) for a Fusion 16 miner (aka LiquidSynergy Designs) on 10/5/13 and I'm still waiting.
I've sent multiple emails thru the website asking for status updates but have not heard anything from them.
Has anyone received their unit?

Burnin, it is now more than 4 months since you received our funds in BTC, and the price was much lower then. Just holding some of the BTC would have made you whole, not to speak of the losses you cause us by not issuing a promised refund in a timely manner. I thought Germans are true to their word, it does not seem that this applies to you, given your current track record. Do you plan to ever return all the unearned (stolen) money, or do we have to apply the scammer tag to you??

You are not really fair to him, he is not a scammer at all. He didn't receive our BTC, they were exchanged into Euro's the moment you paid via Bitpay. He has taken a deep hit in his pockets due to the Avalon chip disaster, not his fault, not ours either. He will do what he has promised in the end, it's only taken way longer than he anticipated. And I agree with you, his communication should be better and more customer friendly, but how would you feel after working your ass off for months, only to lose €20.000...

At the very least communicate what is happening. Keep us informed - he sure did this when he accepted payments. His communication skills are not much better than the infamous YIFU dog from Avalon - he will get the chi that he deserves. So Burnin - let us know what time frame we can expect to be made at least 50% whole.

Best damn miners I will ever own. They have been running non stop since I got them with a 58% overclock, out of the box without one hiccup. If Avalon did not screw all of us over by 4 months or more. Blame them.
