EDIT: I sent two days ago, until now nothing.

Use the command repairwallet in the debug window console if it doesetn work remove the wallet.dat from the folder run the client again close the client and replace the wallet.dat again! Be careful and dont mix it up or you coluld loose your coins!

Same for me!
I did send my coins from the exchange 3 days ago, and the wallet can't find any connection, so there aren't on the exhange anymore, and still nothing in the wallet..

What can I do?

I did buy Sprouts coin I downloaded the wallet let it sync I did send some Sprouts to my wallet but I didn't receive it yet I only have 3 to 5 active connection for more then 24 hrs and I don't have the check mark. Is Sprouts coin gone. What should I do.

For those having problems getting connected etc , below a repost of a how-to.

Try point 1, and use the Sprouts v0.1.2.2-gd0cbc83 version, that seems to be working flawless.
Update your sprouts.conf with the nodes on https://www.coinexchange.io/network/peers/SPRTS

1.- Download and extract the Sprouts.exe file to a folder(rename folder to Sprouts) on your computer.

- Click on the Sprouts .exe file to open the open the wallet.
- In the menu at the top select "Help" and then "About Sprouts"
- Make sure you see "Sprouts v0.1.2.2-gd0cbc83"

2. Download the Sprouts snapshot from:

-Follow the instructions in this post to extract the correct files to your  Sprouts folder

I have the zip file downloaded and created a sprouts folder for it but when I attempt to runt he application it my computer continuously shows the loading screen. Am I doing something wrong? I attempted twice but have had no luck 10 minutes later it is still loading. The program stopped responding and my computer froze. Idk what the heck happened. Any help would be greatly appreciated.  I have downloaded 7 different wallets today and had no issues until i tried to download this one.
