On this point I will disagree with you. Trading is an educated guessing. Even if you research and follow the market trends but you will not be sure about your investment at any time so it is an educated guess. No one is certain about the market trends and with experience you will overcome you lose but still you do not exactly predict the trend.

no .. i think trading requires technique and analysis so you can get profit. if not then you will just lose. if you just rely on someone to do a trading transaction .. then you should be prepared to lose. because not everybody else's analysis is right. you must learn by yourself and not depend on others. learn to the person skilled in trasing you to get your ili from him.

Agree, anything can also occur in the trading and really, trading is just an educated guess, we have information and market research but we still can not be sure the information is accurate, we can still fail. Market trends revolve around many factors, information is just one factor in that, sometimes we see a lot of good information about a coin but it still drops sharply, why? Simply because whales affect the market, making the trend change, that proves the information can not decide all, it is only a small part

If you are a real trader, you use some economy skills in predicting the flow chart of prices then trade. Information in trading is secondary thing. For good trading you first need to have education and learning about how to trade and on which coins to trade.How candle sticks and other tools work in crptocurrecny trading.Once done all this learning, now isthe time to do educated, well planned guess which will be most of the time correct as you have learnt it in the first place.

I do think it is very much possible to make profit even without insider information with the instrument you are trading with, whether forex, equity or cryptocurrency. I think most stock markets in the world, insider information is illegal but individual traders and fund managing firms still makes money, otherwise they would all close shop already. But in trading it also does not hurt to stack the odds in your favor, or what some people calls educated guessing. In my opinion that's what a decent trader does, analyzing through technical datas like price history, charts or fundamental analysis with news, updates, market capitalization, etc. and then making an informed decision or as some may call it an educated guess.

Any good book written by a reputable trader is good enough, but trading is one of those things that you cannot learn completely out of books you need to go there and practice the art of trading and find out if you are any good, this is why some people seem to have a natural talent for it while some never grasp trading at all.

I totally agree. After five years as a trader in the foreign exchange market, and after trying a myriad of strategies recommended by so-called experts, I realized that markets will always have a very high degree of uncertainty that makes absolutely unpredictable the behavior of any market in any term.

The only way I could get a relatively good return was by buying currencies whose price had fallen considerably, reaching historic lows that made a possible recovery in price 100% reliable, but outside of these logical trading decisions, every data that technical analysis can provide us is nothing more than educated guessing, disguised under impressively elaborated data and statistics that always fail.

Since we are in a crypto world where it is news driven, our priority is to look on the news and it's possible effect.
Watching the graph is just another thing of predicting the price movement but that would not really bring an accurate result compared to news awareness.

it comes with experience though but for me Trading is really an educated guessing with or without experience. The fact that the market is unpredictable it's also same with trading , you really don't know when the time will the price will go down or go up. You cannot really make a right decision on an unpredictable market.

Having right information to right person does not guarantee success. It also need the correct timing. Unless there is some insider trading it is impossible to get correct information at right time everytime. Best example is slide of ripple, few months ago ripple was ridding very high and had huge capital and was second largest crypto after bitcoin. This bull run suddenly halted by news of very large chunk of ripples flooding market  and at the same time poloniex server was not responding to ripple related trades for minutes. This caused one of the biggest bloodbath in ripple history. Price dived down so sharply that people invested one bitcoin worth ripple were left with 0.1 bitcoin.

Thus trading is educated guess unless person has very large reservoir of coins to manipulate the price at will.

Yes it is but for good trading only guessing is not good you must have knowledge of the trade, If you have the good updates good way of news about the coin which you want to trade than there are maximum chance to get good profit.

Yes you are right and your thinking is deep enough so it needs the deep knowledge to trade and earn money through trading but not just the educated guessing. I think knowledge is very important before starting something such as trading, investing and gambling so we need to contain a lot of information and different process for trading then we will be able to put our money in the trading and will get huge output in return.

I think yes, you have to guess base on facts so that makes it educated guessing. Nobody could predict how the market will do, there are many factors that contributes to that so you need to be updated before guessing.

Well, that is reason I always like practice after learned some skils trading or experience.
Because, it helps me do not forget this knowledge and can improve my skills in short time.
Of course, I do not spend much money for test, sometimes I just use chart price for predict and testing.
