Consensus 2018 is approaching fast in matter of few weeks and we will there in May when this mega event will be kicked off. SONM team is playing all the cards very wisely by choosing these events for maximum exposure of the project. SONM is going to see large scale usage this year. No need of more words, it is enough to understand the value of project.

thought was awesome, I've been supporting this idea for a long time,
then mining comes in to play, It was interesting as well,
then I found Folding (FLDC+Cure),
these projects was nice, but ster time quite outdated,,
then SONM comes into play,
Sure you can't expect this will change everything, but this will change a lot.

You are at the right place and only time will tell how SONM is going to take a top spot in supercomputers.I am waiting for all week hands to slowly sell the tokens after seeing them go off when we reach the first release of the product in August.

Agreed with you SONM will be into leading position into this ecosystem they have dedicated dev team and the recent progress is going on into positive direction. I also believe that is great sign for all strong hands to pick this as early retirement plan.

Sure, I agree. And It's always good to have some competition.

I have given up the hope for SONM this is the only coin that i have invested given me no profit.

No it's not. When SONM reached or even same as their ICO price? ICO was 5k sat and it was only some days higher than 5k sat then falling down until now below than ICO price (i'm still HODL my SONM though btw)

In term of fiat  this is still profitable for all early investors but if you will go with satoshi than it will create big confusion. What price was eth and btc at the time of pre-ICO and ICO you should compare this into fiat.

It's all subjective man, it did give you good profit, but the goal generally speaking for most investors is to accumulate the most BTC/ETH possible.  There's no point in selling precious BTC/ETH for something if it's not going to outgrow it for a long period of time and the mainnet is even out.  If the passive income was in effect that would be a different story because you're building a position regardless of whether you beat ICO price.

I like SONM, but if you could've just held my BTC/ETH from ICO, made more money, then bought SONM closer to mainnet at less than ICO BTC/ETH price, who wouldn't do that.

With all the juicy updates, SONM is indeed unstoppable. Never mind the price, it's just the market correcting and traders taking profit from the earlier bullrun. The important thing here is the developer momentum, with the conferences and stuff, more developers will join developing SONM's fog computing.
