Team have promised to keep roadmap milestones like “General purpose IaaS” and “PaaS” (major feature releases) because they will highly probable require protocol updates, but all other regular updates and fixes will be released when ready.

personnaly I don't sell when market falls because I have other work and no time to always look at crypto. But there is no bad news that explain a market fall so it's just a correction. Many bankings in Asia and Russia want to start using crypto so the change is near. I think holding long even 2-3 years will be way more profitable.
