June 2nd 2017 On April 2nd we introduced a new policy of 1 satoshi = 2 credits. At the time BTC price was at roughly $1200. Today the price has risen to almost double at highs of up to $2700 in recent weeks. Due to this rise we must lower the previous rate in order to fulful future payouts. We have implemented a dynamic satoshi exchange rate of 1 credit = 0.3603 satoshi. This rate moves up and down and follows the current BTC/USD price. You for advertising in what currency do you make a profit? Is it in dollars?

But the reduction of both exchange ratio and withdrawal limit is toooo big.
VirtualPub demands a lot of work and time from a user.
Hope you change your decision.

I agree, also, if you are going to use a live rate, you should post the live rate and source you are using (seeing as you obviously have that info in the browser already).
The rate was .365 when I first noticed the message like 6 hours ago and it's down to .35 yet bitcoin has barely changed in price over that span...?!?!
We need details to legitimize that .3xx number

So lets say the game has a base bitcoin value of $1950 (half way between the 1200 and 2700 you mentioned), and at that rate, 1 credit = .5 Satoshi
If say https://poloniex.com/exchange#usdt_btc has it listed at $2370 (current as I write this)
1 credits would be worth 1950/2370 (0.82278) * .5 = .411 Satoshi

This is the way I imagine you are doing it, just with a lower base to get a number at .35
So we only need TWO pieces of info which you are already using, you just need to show us.
Your base rate for 1 credit = .5 Satoshi (old site ratio)
Exchange you are using for current rate

I agree with both, and besides before reducing the value of the credits, you as administrator must first have solved all system bugs. Because apart from the main problem of the captchas, you have not yet said anything for example about other problems that I mentioned and other users

With my shop points, went "to the shop" and bought the free bartender, but doesn't work. I have the same number of seats and at the end of the hour and rehire the bartender, the system continues to charge me the 60 credits

yes, virtualpub and some other game sites like gamefaucet are temporarily down, nothing to panic.

There was an issue with the database, it crashed randomly.
I host more sites on this server and they were down as well.

Everything should be back up and working as supposed to.
