Regarding referral commission, which will be 2.5% from 10%, because previous owner charged lifetime buying of referrals 10k credits, which is 2k sat on current price while you get 2k sats per 1 withdraw of your referral.

Not fair to judge by this, 99% of the direct refs purchased are inactive (from people's reviews), this feature is a trap to be honest. I know the website since it was launched . I didn't exploited (used) deposit (by paypal) feature and i've warned tomos to not add paypal because it won't end up very well .
And i didnt purchased refs, maybe only one at the 2016 Christmas, i don't remember, but i earned my 99% of the refs from advertising , by spending time and money.

How many of your users that want to withdraw at the old rate have over 100k?  Probably a lot.
Retroactively halving users earnings is a brutal low punch and even giving 24hrs, your community has the right to turn on you for just this fact alone.  I for one can't get my credits out in 2 withdraws, let alone 1.

Instead of being sorry, why don't you get your community involved rather than hitting them with a massive retroactive nerf, give us a heads up and get some of this backlash out of the way before you just do it.  Logging into something like this just brutal.

If it fails this hour, try again in an hour.

Wow , wish i had those stats   . You can check my account for Cristal to see that i don't withdraw so much , I withdraw last month 46k satoshi, about $2 . By halving and ref comision cuttings those $2 will turn into $1 monthly . Refs commision is about 2000-5000 satoshi monthly (2 refs withdraws usually per month).
Halving is killing the small/loyal players...maybe 3 types of classification of the accounts could be made by "last month/week withdraw rate" to get somehow a different conversion rate even if this sounds complicated,impossible and discriminating.
You know what i mean, increase the taxes for the richest ones, dont hit the poor players too
