and I get same result from different browser (chrome, firefox, safary) and device (pc and smartphone)

I'm also 100% sure of my password, I never changed it

Even the password reset link isn't working for me (no mails are received, never)

I think VP needs some changes and upgrades. It was one of my favourite sites but now its awards very low. If you can add some futures to give more with this faucet it will be better. Now I think its not worth to give our time to this faucet 

I hope there will be some changes and this site again will be our most used faucet.

i fully agree with you, i ahve upgraded my Pub fully and i am playing several our a day on this site, but i can earn max 20k credit a day, witch is less then 2k satoshi, its very little amount, hope mex will be able to change exchange rates or add something new
