I'm still trying to figure out how to fund my account.

HTML5

FF
At this moment deposits can only be done thru our windows client. You can however hit me up in PM and I can do a manual deposit for you if you can't use the windows client.

Please label the NL vs F tourneys and tables more clearly please.  This is not the first time I have unintentionally joined a game I dont want to play.  Leads to no fun for everyone involved.

I made a deposit to play, but the client is down. May the admin reply here?
Also about freerolls, are they over? In that case why don't you add some more GTD MTTs? (hourly low buy-ins is advisable)

First we apologize for the downtime, we seem to be having some server issues with our hosting provider.

We are currently having some problems getting the HTML5 client and cash tables back up.

Tournaments and Deposits/Withdrawals are working.

We will update all of you when we have more information on the error.

May you put some hourly Guaranteed MTTs for now? There is no freerolls for now, u might be afraid of the type of dudes just hanging on for free money, you might be correct, but the room and tables are mostly empty now. If you put some Hourly low buy-in GTD MTT (to say 500 or 1000 schips GTD for example), cash traffic will probably bump up too. One big daily 1BTC GTD MTT is not enough.

Everything is back up!

Sorry for the downtime, this was a simple misunderstanding with our hosting provider.

Freerolls on the way!

The client has been updated to fix several issues including:

1. Buy-in amount in the tournaments table fixed.
2. Bet colors changed to white for easier view.
3. Chat window is now resizeable on client.
4. Several visual errors on the client.

Right now there is a break in the freeroll from 12:05 for 2 minutes. While the GTD has started. Basically I have no time to go to go to toilet, get drinks, etc. Could the breaks always be at xx:55 and for 5 minutes?

Thanks, keep up the good work Smiley

When I try to login through your html5 platform, it shows error asking me in the "Login" blank: Please match the requested format!
What is the format then? I tried through Chrome browser, Windows 7, on my laptop.

I just tried the HTML5 client and it worked fine for me.

Make sure you don't have any spaces in the user name that you are typing.

Also try using a different browser, it could be one of your add ons causing the issue.

and what do you think about adding hourly GTD MTTs, like the one seals has? It makes a regular traffic probable.
