As an offer: level time set at 3min or even 1 is exciting and more fun!
Yeh, but also much more fishy and more luck than "skill".

A lot of players, including me, mostly play with many tables at the same time anyway :X :p so for me this is no problem :X only with the HTML5 client it might be confusing (or even impossible to play multiple.)

Due to some strong requests we are going to reduce the number of free rolls and increase the prize pool. This way they stop conflicting with each other.

Also about the hourly GTDs, it is a bit confusing too:
If it is going to be a freezeout, then please remove or at least limit the time for extended registration. In a few hours it has become a standard winning strategy: a group of guys start to play, they play in a normal manner, logical play, some win, some lose... we enter the break after one hour of hard playing, very few remained, sometimes just in the money or close to it. But 1 or 2 minutes to the end of registration, 6 or 7 fixed people, that apply this strategy, enter and start bang bang all in every hand--- after few minutes everything is changed. All in with all kind of junk, K7o, 84s... a deep stack tough game that progressed step by step, in the late levels becomes like a donk-fest freeroll. It becomes disgusting..
Or if you are concerned with the prize pool to be compensated by more players entering, then please make it a usual multi-buying format of MTT.

Lol I was playing this s1000 gtd earlier. I saw it 5 min late but there was late reg so it's ok. Then some guy became 4th. So it was tball, ddr and me. Then tball lost and became 3rd (or so I thought.) Then heads-up, prices were s650 and s350 so I decided to just go all-in a lot because I was ITM anyways. Then after few all-ins I lost so I was second. Well not.. tball was second and I was third. Why is that? xD I never experienced like that on partypoker etc, I would think that if I am heads-up I will be second or first :p (this was tournament #164860, I think tball had the same in tournament #164859)

This just happened to me.  Can we get an explanation of what is going on?  Why can I be the 2nd to last person left at the table and not win the second place price money?

Structure of that hourly GTD needs a revision and correction, in my opinion.
Deep Stack Freezeout with one hour of extended registration, LoLLLLLLLLLL.

We are investigating why both these issues took place.

We take security issues very seriously, and will continue to monitor the situation as it progresses.

If any miss-payment is detected your chips will be credited.

Yeah, making the levels faster means you have to spend more time risking and less time using strategy. 3 minutes could be as little as 4-5 hands before the blinds increase.

I also play multiple tables.

We have credited both of you your chips and deducted it from the account in question.

We continue to monitor this situation very closely, and are talking with our software engineers to see if there is a logical reason why this happened..

If there are any error payouts in Satoshi Poker we will of course cover them.

Thank you for all of your continued patience.

The logic to me seems this: there is a late reg. If the tourney finishes before the late reg, or it's ITM before end of late reg, the position of prices are calculated by the total time that you played.

In the 1000 GTD #179295. I took 2nd place, and was not paid. Nicklas took 1st, I took 2nd, Billy 3rd. But yet, it says I took 8-9th, and Billy 2nd. This is the 2nd time I finished in the money and it says I finished last. This is getting rather annoying. 470 Satoshi.

We are halting all tournaments.

There is a bug on the server side causing this.

Our programmers are looking into this and we will update you all as soon as we have word on what exactly is causing this issue.

Faster level means fishy and more luck: are you guys serious?? Faster levels are fishy but the hourly with 8min level duration and one hour extended registration is not fishy (after all it is HOURLY, should usually end before one hour, and also it is a freezeout, so late buy-ins are...)
If you have witnessed one of these games, you have seen that some players have the strategy to not register until the last moment of registration, close to one hour, and then join the few remained in the game, and start all in bang bang every hand until they get doubled or something.
Isn't this fishy or luck? Are you serious?? An hourly should be usually completed before that hour, therefore 5, 3 or even 1 min. level duration is logical.

Are YOU serious?

Faster levels = more fishy and luck. That is just by definition.

The fact that you can easily win by registering in the last seconds of late reg is a separated "issue" (and profitably for myself so far.) My solution to that, would be to just disallow late reg.

If you have witnessed one of these games
I think I played in like 50 of them in last 2 days.

Wtf.. again hehe.. xD 1k gtd #179296, HU, I lose all-in so I should be second. 7-8 Sad :p I also did not late registered in this one, so I am lost about the logic now :p

edit: and again, same situation, only the s100 turbo #171127, I was second.
