what sort of protection do you have against multiaccounting, im playing in the 1000 hourly now, and it is blatantly obvious that diablo and sniper are the same person.

this person may even have more than 2 accounts based on some of the play im seeing.

Currently we ban anyone who is obviously abusing the system.

After looking at matching playtimes & withdrawals & IP addresses we can now conclude that sniper and diablo are 100% the same person.

We did not however find any correlation with Gabrel and Rainers accounts.

We will continue to monitor this situation closely with these accounts and any other accounts in question.

Hi, My username is Mastodon and I'm having an issue with a forgotten password. I saw the suspended account info when I went to fill out the ticket. I sent an email to the info@satoshipoker.org that describes in detail.
I made an account with the username "MastAdon" tied to the same email address as my username "MastOdon" after a friend transferred chips to me and I didn't receive them.

I didn't think about it before logging out of the original account, that I don't remember my password and had it saved in the client. whoops

I've had an issue with people sending to MastAdon at other poker sites (I recognize names in this thread so I'm sure a few will attest to this) anyhow, I just want to get back into my original MastOdon account.

Are you saving your hands in a local directory?

We are curious to see how our hand history feature performs with existing HUDS and other poker play enhancing software.  

We created the hand history feature with all of you in mind and would like all the feedback possible.

yes i save them in a local directory and added the folder to hm2 auto import folder but hm2 is not able to import your txt files.

when i try to manual impot the handhistory files hm2 always shows "Hands Imported 0" so it seems like yor handhistory format is not recognized.

The hand history that our client generates are in the same format as Pokerstars HH.

Our developers did this for maximum compatibility. Can you set your holdem manager to read the history as pokerstars and report back with the results please?

it is not possible to choose to read them as pokerstars reports. the only thing i can do is try to import them and if i do that there are no hands to import, like i  showed before. you can download the 30 day trial from hm2 and try it yourself and will see that no hands will imported. same for pokertracker 4 when i try to import it does not find andy hands in the hand history files

hm finds the hands but shows an error. seems like your "name" is not supported and something is wrong here "50+1 Holdo Limit"

May you please put some extra auto time bank for a player who face a forced disconnection (internet dc, software crash or lock, whatever) so he or she can re-connect and re-login and do act in his/her turn?
During the last three days I have been dc because of software crash 4 or 5 times and I lost some painful hands and games (once hu for one to takes the whole prize, the other time 3way mtt as the chip-leader, the other time in the 1000GTD hourly last stage I 3bet the opponent IP with QQ, get locked, dc then re-login to see that I lost that pot, which was 40% of my stack, because of not being able to response in the short amount of time given)

Transaction 302221 did not process correctly for me.  I tried to cashout 2000 chips, and it said insufficient funds (bitcoind error).  It still took 2000 chips from my account and did not return them even though it was unsuccesful.

Please either cash it out properly or put the 2000s back into my poker account

said i had insufficient funds, but took 1000 chips total out of my account???
