Sometimes it does that when your connection is too slow.

We will look to see if we can nullify this error message.

It has nothing to do with a slow connection.  When getting the error I need to close the touny lobby, open it again and select take seat.

I talked to our developers and they told me that this has been fixed in the latest version.  Can you download it here and let us know what happens.

Have never received my password reset but after digging thru the third pile of stuff I found my password.

Please verify that the email in your account is correct.

I tested the password reset feature on several accounts and it worked.

However it did land the email in the spam folder so also look out for that.

It would be fantastic if you could fix the bots playing in games. Such as 7dragons. Also If you could ban colluders such as Kurawa, and Shizzbizz. Every 50 hourly game I'm in, it's clearly obvious they work together, and take turns trying to blind out afks.

let me tell this as a short story:

when i first came to play here, i felt intimidated by some player's superior skill and started suspecting each&every body of some evil plot!
now, about 3 weeks later, i have come to learn that most part we are ordinary poker amateurs here, that just try to learn and have fun...
there is absolutely no reason to start looking for shadows on the other side of the moon

not to speak of kurawa standalone allins :L which are kinda funny and i miss them every time that kurawa is not around

finally, can you agree with me, that for a 30 cent/hour freeroll this is a lot of thrill&fun adventure - is it not?

couple comments on the browser client:

there is no way to see how many players are left in a tournament, even when I'm playing in the tournament.

I can't zoom or participate on safari on my ipod when I play.

there is no way to see how much money the afk players have, it's just grey.

Dear Mr. Admin: I have not the nerve to sustain kurawa anymore.. how a junk goes all in with any too random card and wins the hands everytime???
It is not just freerolls. In hourly 50+5, I am 3700 against her 800 chips and she goes all in with junkish hands, J6o, 73o, Q3s and all hit monstereous and win... this is fuck and not random. Is she an official luckbox by the way??

Are you being serious? Lol if you think  kurawa wins everyhand he pushes. You describe a situation in which you have a 5:1 chip lead and you are complaining about a questionable push or two. Seems any two would be good at such a disadvantage. Also I'm sure the blinds were quite high at the time.

Admin has already done a check on kurawa because of baseless accusations that said player wins every all in hand. Even with j6o, 73o, and q3s, he was probablly only at a 65/35 disadvantage.

Please didn't come here claiming their are ppl on sp that literally can't lose an allin. You may be driving new players from playing at sp
