Hey guys! We have got some news.
For the past 10 days our dev is working on a smart contract that will do everything: manage the bonuses, froze our team accounts for one year, etc. And in case that the Pre-ICO is unsucessful the contract will return the funds automatically to the investor. Because we want to test it thorougly and give out a smart contract that is safe to the investor and safe to us, we need some more time. We decided that we postpone the Pre-ICO for one week. Nothing else has changed.
We are disappointed as many of you. We hope you understand that the protection, safety and successful management of collected funds is our priority and we don't want to release anything that is not good enough, even the Pre-ICO contract.

I think this is a wise decision from the developer, surely this is also for goodness of all members
This is exactly why we are doing this. We want to avoid any room for errors and dont want to compromise anyone and anything in the process!

I will appreciate this great decision as the team you are doing nice so that so many people are waiting for this to invest in this. But this delay is good if you are not satisfied with current system so that I'm quite sure after a week you will come with more secure system. |

Large files won't be loaded onto blockchain, only the identifying parameters (i.e. hash in case of Bitcoin, smart contract in case of Ethereum etc.). Large files can be stored either by Notary Platform in the cloud or by the user locally. The Notary Platform will combine different uses of the technology. |

We get a lot of attention from companies, some exchanges and many individuals. We have even been selected among the top writers on medium.  So yeah, we feel a bit of the pressure and dont want to let people down, but we also dont want to compromise the safety
