will see how the project will work as i seen a lots of people here got interested i will try to watch this thread and assess if i will join the

We are little disappointed about the slow start of the Pre-ICO and that people dont see the real potential behind our idea (based on the raised funds). But thats life
As Jwiz168 said, we have a real world application which brings the solution to many problems the people are facing, so we have no doubt about our project and about the fact that we must and will bring the product/app to the market. In fact, we are not playing waiting game, but already started the work on the app! Is it my understanding that there is no working project for this project and the PRE-ICO will be used to fund the initial build?

and then once there is some sort of product Notary Project will then have the ICO?

Also it is still undetermined if the project will be on ETH/ETC or LSK? I get that there's plenty of time to decide but it can also change decisions for investors.


I am interested in this project but won't be putting any coins in until the ETH/ETC/LSK issue is resolved to some extent.
