I am beginning to think they’re lot of benefits with the MLS move compared to the Saudi Arabia contract. It’s been reported, that the deal will also include commercial contracts with Apple and Adidas, both of whom are key MLS partners. So I’m also looking at the big picture. If he goes to Saudi, that’s it for the salary but with MLS, he’s going to have a share of profit from Adidas, from Apple+ and also a new team that he can start upon retirement and more so, he’s going to bring new excitement about football to America.
I am convinced that Messi didn't want to lose out too much on his new contract compared to what he could have earned in the Saudi Professional League. I would also like to understand the specific details about the involvement of Adidas and Apple here, but I am sure there will be more details coming to light with more time passing by. For now he is making a decision also for life quality. He owns a huge luxury apartment in Miami and if someone has the choice between Saudi Arabia and Miami, it is probably not too hard to guess what the decision might be. Especially when he is still winning big time financially and that seems to be the case either way. Also, the news say that the Saudi deal is not cancelled, but put on ice or something.

Jude Bellingham officially Real Madrid and again Dortmund is another young talent, I feel like Dortmund is making wrong decisions over and over. They lost Haalnd last time while he could be a great player to help Dortmund and now again they lost Bellingham while he could be a key for them to earn more achievements in the next season.
But at least with the sale of Jude this is not wrong as they did with Haaland because indeed the price can be said to be quite large compared to Haaland going to Manchester City the previous season and it seems that they are improving his business performance in a better direction It is difficult to expect Dortmund to continue to protect their potential young players because that will make them stutter in financial conditions and with this sale they can still find new seeds for them to project in the future.

It seems like that if kante will be going to the al ittihad. he will be playing with benzema on al ittihad which is a very great. Two legends in the same club. Kante has been winning all of trophies along with benzema. This guys were also from france which is very good for ittihad to have this duet. I hope that more france players will be signed by ittihad soon. That's a great deal for kante. He can enjoy his life. Kante is such a legend for chelsea. He has been contributing a lot to the club. He has won everything. Big money again for a European player. Well now it looks like the price of 100 million/season is becoming more and more commonplace for the star players who will compete in this middle east league. Last season, in terms of transfers, I was a little surprised by the nominal value of 100 million, which seemed normal because I saw several big clubs in Europe not hesitate to issue and even bid on players at that price, and now the trend from the Middle East has become even crazier because 100 million per season is really - really really crazy. This is clear that over time it will damage the transfer system algorithm if things like this continue to happen but indeed this is the Middle East where money is easy there. It is not impossible that if conditions like this continue to occur, more players with big names will move there with the strength of the money they have. The surge in transfer fees, particularly within the Middle East football league, is a fascinating spectacle to witness. Indeed, when figures breach the €100 million per season mark, one can't help but speculate on the implications this trend may have on the global football landscape. Is the sport veering towards an economic tug-of-war? From one perspective, the Middle Eastern magnates seem intent on sculpting a formidable league, attracting European superstars like bees to nectar with their seemingly limitless financial power. Ronaldo, Benzema, and potentially Kante or Messi in the future — is this not a testament to their strategy? And yet, one can't help but ask: are these gargantuan sums distorting the delicate balance of football's transfer system?

Its a very good news for Liverpool fans that Mac Allister just signed the contract. The transfer fee is just 35m euro. It can’t believes that Liverpool signed a world class player only 35m. Liverpool knows the transfer policy very well. I say it surly that no other teams can make it happens with this transfer fees. Its a big deal for Liverpool. They will sign two more midfielder’s to competitive the PL tittle and back to the champions League in next season. I think Mac Allister will prove himself so early with the best team in England.
Brighton is stupid to let Mac Allister join Liverpool for only 35M Euros, they should earn more than that. Brighton is bad to negotiate with other team about their player, they need to learn from Atletico Madrid where Atletico Madrid tend to find a loophole to make money from their players. Even Liverpool reject Brighton's offer due to too high, I don't see anything wrong for Mac Allister to keep playing in Brighton, just wait until other team interested to spend big amount of money. I agree with you. I admire that Mac Allister's transfer fee is much lower. Brighton can easily sell him 60-70m euros. But Transfer fee doesn’t always depend on the team. It also depends on the player's priority. What does the player want. Then the deal(problem) is solved through low transfer fees. As we saw last summer, Rafinha and Sadio Mane deal was happened in low transfer fees. The deal is done by both mutual involvements. And we also know that Liverpool transfer policy. They (FSG) doesn’t buy a player too much transfer fees.So there is no point in regretting. Thank you.

Rumors about Mac Allister and Liverpool had been swirling for months now and it's been great they are working quickly to bring in this player now. but indeed for Jude now it's a bit complicated I think. Their rival is Madrid and when talking about Dortmund's business of course big money is the priority so if they really want to hijack Jude then they have to be prepared with bigger money than Madrid.
Liverpool have zero chance of signing Jude Bellingham this summer, he is all but certain to be heading to Real Madrid and i expect that deal to become official in a few days/weeks from now, Liverpool pulled out from the race to sign Jude Bellingham many weeks ago, they could not afford to pay the money that is involved. Having said that, Mac Allister is no Jude Bellingham, but he is definitely a decent player who is going to greatly improve this Liverpool team, Jurgen Klopp would also have his eyes on other midfielders, because that is one area i think the club needs proper reinforcements. Liverpool are going to have quite a busy summer in the transfer window in order to be able to compete with City again. Of course Allister is something worthy, especially in this case, Liverpool really have to bring in young blood like him to make their midfield even better, especially with the current conditions, they are still filled with old machines because even Milner, Henderson and Fabinho can still be relied on. there must be regeneration there. Talking about Jude, it is now certain that he will be in the Madrid uniform next season.

It is just money that rules football now. Anything that you everly thought will not happen in football is happening now. You can see how every super star wants to go Saudi because of money. It was actually money that took Ronaldo to Saudi and today Messi wants to join him there because of money and I bet you that Kylian Mbappe may remain at PSG throughout his career if the Paris side are willing to be paying him outrageously. On the worse scenario, you can still see Mbappe going to Saudi at his young age if the money is overly much offered to him. Nothing surprises me anymore when money is involved.
I think Mbappe is a slightly different story - he already received comparable money at PSG that the Saudis are offering. What can they offer him to interest? Another 100 million? But he already has so many (and even more) and it seems to me that all subsequent hundreds do not have the same significance as the first. He has obvious ambitions and the Saudis will definitely not be able to realize them. What can outweigh these circumstances? Billion? I would like to see it!

But you are raising an important point here. The millions that come after the first few hundred are not that significant anymore, but seriously what would Mbappe do if they offer him a billion for two years? And if you think about it Mbappe would be a huge deal for them, even bigger than Messi and Ronaldo because Mbappe is so young and has all these World Cups to play and a growing following as well. That would be a deal which guarantees a growing audience for a very long time. Since you mentioned this now, would you be totally shocked when in a few weeks from now there is a rumor that Mbappe was offered 1.5 billion for 3 years? As you said, I would also like to see it and then see how he reacts.

I want to give my 2 cents too I just saw the news that Messi has signed with Inter Miami (Beckham's team). As a fan and a supporter, I am sad for having practically ended the chances of seeing Messi play another Champions League with Barcelona, and with a strong team, to have a chance of winning the title, since Barcelona is already good, and will get reinforcements for next season. The move came as a big blow to Barca fans. I don't know what they are expecting from a 35 years old man... To still carry them on his shoulders? Nah... Not possible, they should look somewhere else. I'm glad he didn't make the mistake because it would have been a dumb choice. In my opinion it doesn't make any sense to go to Saudi Arabia, Messi has already seen what happened with Cristiano Ronaldo and doesn't want to have the same experience. The USA is a country that Messi already knows well, he has a house there in Miami, he has a lifestyle similar to the one he has in France and had in Spain. Besides the fact that the USA is closer to Argentina.
I knew Inter-Miami had interest in signing Messi but I never thought he would consider the switch. I was hoping to see him sign for Al Hilal and also re-ignite his rivalry with Cristian Ronaldo but that's not going to happen any more. When you talk about MLS, Inter Miami is one of the least club that would come into your mind. I don't really know why he made the move, maybe they offered more money than Al Hilal because it doesn't make sense why he would sign for a club that finished bottom in the league. Besides this, we must also consider the fact that the next World Cup will be in the United States in only 3 years, and the Copa America will also be there in 2024.
Messi's spot at the 2024 Copa America is secured irrespective of wherever he signs. Even if he's not fit, Argentian FA will still shortlist him as a sign of respect of his contribution to football in the country. The only thing that can keep him out of the tournament is injury.

I think it is a wise decision that Messi has made to avoid starting up a new rivalry that will make him uncomfortable in the Saudi Arabia league. Moving to a new region gives him an opportunity to be comfortable and have his own audience free from comparison with Ronaldo. With Messi's move to a new league, it will increase the number of people who watch the American League. For the club that has succeeded, it is good business for them, their fan base will increase.
Messi has thought long about deciding his future and he has officially joined inter miami for next season. Barcelona again had to bite their fingers to get Messi home because they couldn't move quickly after the problems hit by the financial crisis. Well, another thing that came as a big surprise was Messi's rejection of Al Hillal's offer because the salary they offered Messi was quite tempting, but in fact Messi was not interested in Al Hillal offer and preferred Inter Miami. Well, I've never watched Inter Miami before and I had no idea that Messi would play Inter Miami. well it looks like MLS will again be the main attraction for the audience for the match that will be played by Inter Miami.

Its really wierd how badly Saudi Arabia wants their league to become so popular. They are wasting too many millions on many players and dont care how much they the players ask. If Kante gets a contract from Chelsea he would probobly stay but if no top clubs offer him a deal he will probobly go to saudi arabia.
They are rich and they have no problem spending huge money on the sports business. Their purpose isn't only to make their league to be more popular, they also try to strengthen their squad to compete for the title. Although they spend too much money, I don't think it will be a serious problem as long as it doesn't break the rules. The top players who move to Saudi Pro League aren't in 1 club, they move to some different clubs. So, I think it doesn't break the rules of player transfers. Regarding Kante, I think he is better to move to Saudi if Chelsea future seems unconvincing. It is no longer a strong team as he ever played before, Chelsea decreased so much their performance this season. After Abramovich left the club, Chelsea condition became worse. Kante deserves to play in a better team, he gets a better salary in Saudi at least.

A few days ago I made a post betting that he would go to Barcelona for a season and then go to the USA. It was supposed to happen, but unfortunately Barcelona didn't get the necessary elements to close the contract with him.
https://twitter.com/FabrizioRomano/status/1666521109972262938this is really crazy, no one thought that messi would accept the offer to go to inter miami even though al hilal really wanted it even at a high rate, i wonder what really made messi interested in inter miami, was it for beckham or something else!

Going to Barcelona would have not been a dumb move. Messi has nothing to prove anymore, so him going to Barcelona would have been the same thing as going to Inter Miami, only difference is the American team offered a better contract. Don't get me wrong, I'm not saying going to Inter Miami is a bad move, I'm only saying a move to Barcelona would not have been a bad move too. I'm happy for him for Messi as a fan, but its going to be a hard pill to swallow that the era of Messi and Ronaldo has truly come to an end. We knew this day would come but we never thought it would be like this.

There oli money doesn't affect the main sport because they can't attract younger players and they're not competing in any top European league so their oil money is only been used as a retirement pension for player that are done playing football. Let look at the players they have been able to sign so far and those they're rumour to be attracting, these are players like Cristiano Ronaldo, Benzema and the rest. This guy's don't have anything more to prove to Europe because they have won basically everything. Now they're interested in Messi and Kante, they have already achieved everything in football too so they don't care about competing anymore. ... I'm really glad that it doesn't affect it badly. Otherwise I can't even imagine how bad football would be. The Champions League and so on all would have no meaning for us without young stars. Of course this kind of young players can join such team if they want but why would they? Saudi Arabia league is just like the MLS in terms of one feature especially. Both places are like to help the exhausted world stars catch their breath and make a lot more money than they do in Europe at the same time. Maybe it is the most interesting part but these teams are already aware of what is going to happen of course. They just want to have as many as world stars in their league to increase its quality. I must add that it is mostly for show of course.

No one plays for passion anymore! Karim Benzema's deal is already sealed and announced, I came across photos of him holding the new club's shirt. The next player targeted is Ngolo Kante and Luka Modric. Obviously this tells that the aim of bringing top and world class players to the league is gradually been achieved because it seems the league is already gaining recognition around the world as more star players are moving there.

Why did Messi pick Inter Maimi over Barcelona. Why? American clubs is a place where players go to retire to end their career and be either a coach or a football pundit like Thierry Henry. The only player I know who moved there and moved out successfully to the Italian league is Ibrahimovic who just retired from football. America is not suitable for Messi , he is going to fad into oblivion. What more can I say than wish him the best in the future.

He's getting a better deal in Saudi Arabia, his contract renewal is uncertain here, and the squad isn't as competitive as it once was after it was sold to another person. I'm not sure, maybe they just lost their desire to play after getting a new owner and a new manager. But, whatever the case, their performance is appalling. I fully support Kante departing to join Saudi Arabia; he is not yet assured a place under the new manager; otherwise, they would have negotiated a new contract for him. The move came as a big blow to Barca fans. I don't know what they are expecting from a 35 years old man... To still carry them on his shoulders? Nah... Not possible, they should look somewhere else. I'm glad he didn't make the mistake because it would have been a dumb choice.
Messi's return to Barcelona may be a significant setback for him, and his final decision to join Inter Miami is simply the best option for him right now. If he moves to Barcelona, he'll be unduly reliant on and expected to meet specific requirements for the team, and if he doesn't, he'll be booed by the same team that initially wanted him. He has accomplished everything he has to for Barcelona, and they should focus their scouting efforts on finding fresh prospective young players for the team.

Messi has and will forever be a fan and lover of Barcelona, it feels like the bond they have cannot be broken even after his controversial departure from the club years ago there has always been that a soft spot for the club which is undeniable. For me, I think Messi accepting the move to Inter Miami is a sign that the football lengend knows the end of Messi's era is near.

Here we go!After going through many rumors for half a year, Jude Bellingham finally answered that he chose Real Madrid as his new home. An extraordinary transfer fee of around 100 million euros plus add-ons of 30 million euros makes him one of the most expensive young players this season. It seems that Florentino Perez did not hesitate to spend that much for Bellingham from Dortmund and the era of Los Galacticos volume 2 seems to be starting soon since Bellingham's arrival at the Santiago Bernabeu. I think Real Madrid will not sit idly by for all competitions next season and they are also ready to compete with other top European teams. For months Jude Bellingham have been linked with Real Madrid, week after week with increasing speculations about a possible deal, I am delighted that Jude Bellingham is finally accepting a move to Real Madrid this summer for £100 million. I know many people will want to criticize this deal but the current market inflation has a huge influence on player deals these days besides he is worth the price in this modern day.

First: Congratulations to Jude Bellingham for having a place in the dream club of many players. Many people have dreamt to play for Real Madrid but their dreams didn't come true. Also, many people moved to Real Madrid but didn't live upto expectations. But I wish Jude well, he is a young talent. Second: Congratulations to Real Madrid for securing the signature of Jude Bellingham despite major links to his home country England to join his country men. Atleast there is a great replacement for Grandpa Modric.
