I think he probably deserved a little more time. He did get them to the final of the CL last season which is impressive, I know they lost but it’s tough to get that far. He won the French title twice & other domestic cups, I’m not sure what else is expected of a PSG manager.

Well yeah, he wasn't that bad. He helped PSG have made some good achievements including CL runners-up finish. PSG now stand 3rd at Ligue 1 table and are close to the 1st and 2nd place teams as well. Maybe PSG owners expect a clear run from the manager.

I'm happy Pochettino finally has a job, it's been long overdue. Sorry to Tuchel but it seems PSG wants more and that's the reason for the sack, I thought they'll prolly replace him with someone who has won major trophies, but maybe Pochettino can start winning trophies with PSG. Having said that, I think Poch's style of play suits PSG very well, Pochettino is a very attack minded manager and that style is befitting of a top club like the French giants that PSG is, it'll be great to see Pochettino in the dug out and I hope he brings the success the management so eagerly seeks.

Haven't seen much of Tuchel but he had some achievements- so not bad. But yeah, Pochettino is on different level. He has quite some tactics off his sleeves and can definitely work great with attacking side like PSG. He can do great with PSG , just need to bring some defense which he can do in this transfer window. So yeah a great timing for him as well.

On a side note, there was earlier a rumour about Delle Alli to PSG but it didn't went through given the wage demands back then. Now maybe Pochettino and Alli back and given how things are going for Alli at Spurs maybe he wouldn't be demanding such high wages.

PSG owners are also Arab based and they want to win trophies nothing else I really upset with this decision because Tuchel was doing very good in recent matches and he can won Champions Leagues as well but management done this all without any solid reason very poor decision from them.

Well quite true. I am still a bit shocked that they didn't gave Tuchel some time with this. But given the style of Pochettino maybe they thought Poch will do a better job than Tuchel.

It is impossible to describe Tuchel's career with PSG as a failure, certainly not the best, but it remains good anyway. The man achieved the best possible results in the Champions League, winning domestic championships like his predecessors, and most of all, he did not rely solely on the attacking triangle along the line. It became possible to persuade Neymar, Mbappe and Di Maria to press a little, to stand correctly without the ball, and to try to apply the counter-feedback, as happened, for example, in front of the pressure kings of Leipzig last season, to show PSG superior in everything, whether with the ball or without it.

Anyway who do you think from these two will have Tuchel seat Pochettinho or Allegri.

And yeah seems like Pochettino has become the new coach of French side. Almost after one year and a to manage a giant side like PSG. He will be doing wonders with that squad, I mean Mbappe, Neymar and all. Defense would still be a worrying area for him since PSG don't have good defense. Still glad that he is back with a great squad in France again.

Great move by PSG, I feel Pochettino can be a great fit for that team. I'm curious to see what he will do with a team in a situation where he'll be given money to spend.

From his side - I kinda expected a bit more. He's going to a league where he'll be a champion year after year and his only success will be measured through CL. But I guess he finally wants some trophies as well - even if they are in France.

he's been having some issues with the board for a while (specifically with Leonardo) and even with some players who were not on the wavelenght as him which is why there were rumours about a few players wanting to leave the team asap (like neymar)

about Poch, great manager who will finally have all the tools necessary (money, possibly a better coaching staff, big squad with top class players, etc) to build something special in Paris

Teams that big usually has short triggers, you could win 50% of the games you play, which would be great for many teams, and can find yourself fired in teams like PSG. This is because you are expected to overperform with those teams, win like 70%+ of your games if you can because that is the thing that makes these teams great, the fact that they win almost all their games.

As a fan of football I have seen so many people who managed the team so well and just fired next year because of "bad start", maybe if they waited he could have fixed things in the next 10 games who knows but they still fire them. Same almost happened with United as well, dude managed to get the team to third spot last year, amazing accomplishment with that team, and just because they started bad this year fans asked for him to be fired, now look where he is. These big name teams can't handle too many bad results in a row.

Real Madrid aim to sign Kylian Mbappe but it won't be easy for them. PSG sacked Tuchel and I wonder who is going to fill his place. But I don't think that the new coach will be willing to let Mbappe go too. He is very important for the team.

Tuchel sack by PSG as the head coach came a surprise to me and to some extents it seems to be beyond their performances and more to be an in club decision. Could it be a disagreement over transfer targets? or inability to manager the squad egos ? This are issues the next head coach has to figure out sooner.

Currently all situation is going in favour of Tuchel to Arsenal because they need person like him Areteta fail to handle things very badly and players also don't like him which is really bad for Arsenal if they feel comfortable then surely they can talk with him because after this change things can turn into positive way.

I am not sure how much Arteta can be blamed for current Arsenal form. Team is severely limited in my option and if I was a top coach I would not be eager to sit on that particular bench. Add in the fact that Arsenal never was the club to spend big on players and I am quite sure new manager will not be given many reinforcements.

Poch to PSG seems like really good decision. Poch is one of the most underrated coaches and now he will finally have a chance to prove his worth. It will be difficult since PSG is expected to conquer everything domestically and nobody can count on great Champions League result. Hell, their first game is against Barca. Even though Barca is not what it used to be it is not like anybody can go on Camp Nou and expect to win.

He should have only 1 and a half year left on his contract so if he ill not sign a new one, he can leave for free in 2022.

PSG will do whatever he takes to bring him a new offer and extend the contract, they can't just lose his value for free.

If he will renew his contract I expect PSG asking 250milions for his transfer.

Yeah they don't spend so much usually. All time record transfer of Arsenal is Nicholas Pepe with record transfer fee of £72.00m and so far haven't seen anything good from him. He is okish- sometimes play good and sometimes don't know what gets into him. Last transfer window they got Willian who is also out of form. Defensively they are playing well but attack wise they are doing really horrible.

After good run from Arsenal young talents in Europa, many hoped that switching Auba , Willian or Laca will change things but its still the same. Guess it comes down to perhaps bring a new attacker maybe.

Hell, their first game is against Barca. Even though Barca is not what it used to be it is not like anybody can go on Camp Nou and expect to win.

Alaba's contract is going to run out at the end of this season. According to rumours, Manchester Utd manager Solskjaer wants to sign him. But in my opinion, Bayern Munich will extend his contract if they can come to terms with him. If it doesn't happen, then we can see him playing at Manchester Utd next year.

For a 28 year old defender who is still in his prime I think it is obvious that he will want to have the biggest contract he will get entering into his best years which I think will mostly mean that he might look for options on which team can give it, obviously other competitive teams will try to sign him and he might also look on which team has the best chances of winning the UCL final. He will be in high demand and I think Bayern Munich will have a hard time keeping him.
