I agree with you in what you said except for Chelsea. Ok Chelsea under Tuchel doesn't spent a penny but Chelsea before him in the same season spent a lot of money to recruit many players, don't remember anymore if it was the highest team spending money the previous season or not in EPL.
No need to say that it is not about how much you spend on players nor their numbers but their quality counts way more. ATM got Suarez for free and they won La Liga, no need to mention other names getting nothing although their huge transfer/salaries..

good to hear that, Maybe Boss has already seen how good Luke Shaw in National teams After bringing 3 assists a day ago.

Actually he was good in Premier League as well for United and has kept Alex Telles one of their signings of LB position same as Luke Shaw out of the first team. Right now Ole seems to prefer Luke Shaw over Alex and United would definitely would like to keep him and make him a key player when he is showing real signs of becoming a good player.

A Good move there from Manchester United bringing in Alex Telles as competition for Luke Shaw.

Well in some sense, football is pretty much an entertainment business as well. Gathering all those top star in one club will give alot more exposure to the club and increase their merch sales as well as some other revenue. The ultimate goal would be to win the champions league as well as the local league but on top of that, it is to make money for the club which could comes from various revenue streams though

Yep, it is a bad idea to let Isco leaving. Isco still has an important role in Real Madrid squad, he even can play in many positions. A typical player like Isco is really needed to make a varied strategy in a match. A coach can have many options to instruct him and it may surprise the opposite team. Also, this player is a creative player and a Spanish too, Real Madrid will be difficult to get his replacement. On the one hand, the skill of any coach is the ability to work with the material that is in the club. On the other hand, any serious coach has his own specific preferences for strengthening specific positions. I am talking about the fact that if Tuchel has not spent a single penny at Chelsea yet, this does not mean that this will be the case for the duration of the entire contract  Moreover, his work has certainly earned the right to an opinion about future transfers. And the situation when the coach does not affect the selection policy of the club at all is usually inherent in poor clubs, to which it is difficult to attribute Chelsea even with all the desire

Too many rumors about Tottenham coach, Conte, Gattuso, and at least they signed with Nuno. I Don't know how is harry Kane?, Is Nuno still maintain him?. The city has submitted Kane to emirates but I'm not sure how much the set price which makes them retreat the proposal.

Some of the news I've heard about Tottenham are blocking Kane's departure. Kane's contract is until 2024, if he leaves then the price will probably be very high. But if Kane really wanted to leave, he could have received a pay cut. Kane's move away I think was pretty good, Tottenham couldn't compete and get the title. He's been at Tottenham since 2011, maybe he deserved to move to a better club.

Maybe you are of a different opinion, but I am not as impressed as part of the public when it comes to Zirkzee. The first few games, let's be real here the goals he scored were a lot of luck and a bit of skill. It is not like he scored three outstanding goals in three matches where everybody lost his mind and couldn't believe what the guy has just done. He was standing in the box, the ball came to him coincidentally and he scored, yes. Actually, that happened three times, but in absolutely no moment did I think we are seeing the next Lewandowski. It was just a lucky streak for a young boy.

Wow is this guy even still playing? Talented young player,,, and does anybody still remember his famous celebration at EUROs? Until today it is often spoken about as top 5 memories from EURO. So Messi is finally a free agent, he is not contracted with any team right now, he is no longer contracted to Barcelona and there is zero news about him leaving or staying right now. Did anyone really expected things to be this weird? I mean I assumed that before his contract expires he would either sign with Barcelona again for like 3 years or so until end of his career and then retire after that, or he would simply go to another team and make it known as well, which City was a big candidate because of Pep connection.

However he did neither of those, he is now free agent and he made zero comments (or his agents or any "leaks") regarding where he will play next season. This is going to be one of the biggest news of the summer, him playing in some other team could be psychologically a huge news, maybe not so much in football sense because I doubt he can play at a level to change a team insanely much (still can make them better but not as much as he used to) but him leaving his team of 20+ years is still a huge news.
