Arsenal are indeed in a difficult position to be able to get Locatelli, even though Arsenal have agreed to the price that Sassuolo wants.
But Locatelli is only interested in a move to Juventus, meaning Juventus and Sassuolo's subsequent negotiations will determine Locatelli's fate.
If Juventus and Sassuolo reach an agreement, then Locatelli will certainly move to Juventus. According to the latest news I read,
Juventus are confident that the next offer will be accepted by Sassuolo. We'll just have to wait for updates regarding Locatelli's transfer.

What I don't understand about Paris' transfer policy still is this fair play rule or what it is called. How do they manage to again and again circumvent it without getting any penalties from the UEFA? If there is one club violating that rule by far, isn't that obviously Paris? They probably have contracts with those players that go beyond their normal task as a soccer player. I don't know, maybe some special purpose vehicles where they can cash in extra money from other activities which Paris supports, although I thought that is also forbidden.

Arsenal do not have defensive problems.They had one of the best defence in premier league last season,but since the likes of David Luiz who was very solid at the back has left the club,they had to bring in Ben White.What Arsenal really needs are midfielders,atleast two or three should be able to solve problems at the middle of the park.If Locatteli can give them what they want,then they need him.

If we compare the number of goals conceded by Arsenal with Manchester City, which is not so far away, I agree that Arsenal have no problem with
defense. Moreover, the joining of Ben White should be enough to make Arsenal's defense even more solid, for Arsenal's wing positions and attackers is
also quite good. What has to be improved is the position of the center and the goalkeeper, especially the Arsenal midfield that needs players like

That could be possible but I think a while ago there was a report that PSG would do anything to keep Mbappe. He was also offered a better contract a while ago and was offered a better deal than Neymar according to reports ^[1] . And he has told that he doesn't wants to sign a contract and wants a fresh challenge ^[2]. What you said is a pretty good trick for the club to push and give them an enticing offer but in case of Mbappe I hardly think so. He is young and so wants a change.

I am not watching much of Barcelona but I always feel like there was a huge missed opportunity with Ronaldinho, so I agree here,,, this is the one guy to bring back BUT first to fix his problems off the field. He was SO good with all his issues imagine if he was even half as disciplined as Messi is, how much more he would bring.

I would not compare the cases if only because the clubs are very different. Barcelona is an institution for decades, the pride of a large region and also a political dimension (read about the role of FC Barcelona in the Franco dictatorship). Therefore, it is understandable that not only Messi remains loyal to the club until the end, but also some players before, such as Pep Guardiola. On the other hand, PSG, a second-rate club that has become big in recent years because sheikhs have invested billions in it to boost their egos. The club is an art project. How can a player commit himself to such a club permanently?

Have git update about Messi extended for Barcelona or not? I think before said about loyal or not we need waiting for new announcement from Barcelona official about Messi extended several years season stay for Barcelona. Now Messi still holiday with his family after success give first trophy for his country and not any new deal about  Messi contract extended or not. But many issues Messi will stay for Barcelona but he must got 50% deduct salary from last season.

I don't know what are his plans for the future but to be a coach doesn't have to be in many teams as a player. In fact, you may be a coach without being a player.

If the guy is bored, it would not have anything to do with a club. Some football player have been know to just stop liking the sport after they made enough millions. I do remember an old case, Romario, that used to play for Real Madrid, and after a few seasons he stopped training at the highest level, kept on playing footvolley with his friend at the beach and was obviously overeating to the point in he could no longer be considered an elite player. Yet that is absolutely normal... they earn so much that they no longer give a s*th about it.

i also think that if Shaqiri moves, he will go to serie a in italy. lazio rom would be a very good option for him and an opportunity to establish himself as a regular player again.

Yup, Shaqiri is on the list of players Liverpool would be happy to sell. After buying Jota they already have 4 strong offensive positions, Shaqiri is still a decent player to have but he's still worth some money, is on a big salary compared to number of minutes he'd be getting and his value is decreasing.

He had a great Euro, Liverpool knows this is the best time to sell. Apparently it's between Lazio and Napoli, at around 15 million euro valuation. Looks like a good deal for all sides.
