The puzzle about Cristiano Ronaldo's status at Manchester United is still a question. Speculation about him is now running wild, some are criticizing his current behavior while others think it is a natural thing. But I think he (Ronaldo) should show up and explain what really happened, because until now there have been various kinds of news which I think will reduce his prestige a little as a player.

Free agent,,, well that could be his case should he not be able to manage a transfer from Manchester United this season with the club bent on keeping him even when his desire is to leave. His main issues at the moment is supposedly a club ready to bid for him with his salary level. Most top teams seems to have procured just the striker they would need and afford to pay to handle the forefront of there attack which doesn't sound so good for Ronaldo. Should he drop his salary, his likely going to manage a transfer.
Manchester United managing to make it to the champions league would mean them winning the Europa next season because, the top 4 in the English Premier league is so going to elude them. Ronaldo won't be waiting another season in Manchester United even if they managed to qualify by then.

maybe the source you read is not very accurate how barcelona can impose sanctions on De Jong in transfer matters, it is impossible because Barcelona themselves have a debt to De Jong if barcelona starts threatening sanctions, De Jong party will definitely take legal action against Barcelona who have not paid arrears  his salary and must be completed as soon as possible if barcelona wants to sell him. I don't believe the news sources you read. So far there has been no negative news between De Jong and Barcelona. even xavi really hope de jong can stay for the season to come.

There are a lot of rumors floating around at the moment. I have also seen the news where it says, #de Jong has like an Instagram post of Barcelona not treating him well while the transfer talks are going on.

So, I think everyone can guess that any kind of media, whether online or offline, is willing to try to take any rumor about this and make it big news just because of publicity. I don't know if there is anything else to that news. De Jong has already told Barcelona that it is his dream club. I think even though it might not be the most intelligent decision to make, he is choosing to stay in Barcelona. And Barcelona is not planning to do anything stupid right now to change that.

Sure, I agree about Goal. Di Marzio is good though - and if he's reporting it it at least means that they are discussing the deal.

Ooof.  Who else did Bayern Munich acquire this summer besides Sadio Mane and De Ligt?  Looks like they're going for the big one in the UCL.  Nagelsmann is a young manager who wants to win it all with Bayern before he leaves.  I think Man City and Real Madrid should keep an eye on him.

I've also been hearing that Darwin Nunez hasn't had a good game in his friendly matches with Liverpool yet.  Hope he gels with his squad by August.

Gleison Bremer is a good choice for Juventus as a replacement for De Ligt. De Ligt adapted to the Juventus team very well. And he performed very well in the last season. Gleison Bremer is 25 now. The Brazilian youngster has had a good season with Torino and his fitness has been good enough. Hopefully Gleison Bremer will be able to perform well with the Juventus team as well.

Juventus accepting this offer was understandable, but the fact that they have no proper defense left in just one season is a big deal. After Chiellini retired, Melih sold, and now De Ligt sold, in just one season they ended up with no proper defense at all. Sure they have a few players at center which could be played for a while, but they certainly need a lot more, and I mean like A LOT more.

I think they didn't know De Ligt would be sold, that's why they sold Melih, otherwise they would have kept him. Right now, they need to look at other Italian clubs and find good defenders there, and get those people. It would benefit them, and it would be cheaper as well.

Ryan Gravenberch and Noussair Mazraoui as well and both are from Ajax. Both are decent players but the main highlight would still be Mane and De Ligt. Well they still need someone to take over the spot that Lewandowski left though so at this point, I personally dont think that they are going to be able to do well on UCL unless they could get someone as good as Lewandowski

Based on common sense, there are some transfers I consider that will not happen. It could happen with an ordinary player but not with a player like Ronaldo. Just like when the rumour came that Ronaldo was going to Chelsea, I said it will not happen, he cannot go to Manchester United closest rival.

Regardless I wouldn't really believe he would go to Atletico because it would still be very difficult to happen.
Apart from some problems with the fans and some clubs, Ronaldo will also definitely consider his salary because with his current salary I doubt if Atletico can bring him to the Metropolitano Stadium with their new player status.
